  1. £300 for a couple of strip's of plastic as you put it is not alot of money when you are trying to win concourse competition's. It's like why would someone spend £2500 on a set of wheel's if that's what they want to spend their money on what's the issue?? It's no wonder the prices of them are down as low as they are with people like you putting them down I thought you were an enthusiast? There are show car's out there that have had £75k pumped into them is a Corrado not worthy of the best?? Get a grip mate!!
  2. Ok seeing as everybody seemed to be getting new wheels I thought I'd treat myself. Yes they are Goldie's old one's ex Cazza And they are mint :)
  3. That's the most sensible thing I read on this thread.
  4. Even if they could what would the price be like I bet they wouldn't be cheap
  5. I've got a set but like has been said before I think these would be very hard to replicate and as you say yourself Jason there aren't many about which is why I would be reluctant to have mine used. Mine will only be on my car for show's I have another couple of used set's I will use at other times.
  6. Expensive yes but in the long run could save you money if anything else decided to give up soon
  7. Car will have you weeping Stu sooner or later ;)...... They all do!!

I thought you meant the other Chris and yeah I am I mean was I am a changed man all will become clear soon. Brembo's yeah they do but when you are running 250bhp it's better to have them than not :)
  9. Something wrong with the one you have at the moment?

Me??? No chris I am a changed man and my Brembo's don't like alot of wheel's otherwise I would have as I am a bit of a wheel whore :D
  11. MMMMM just when you were talking about a turbo I thought you may have had the brakes in mind too. I thought they would be made for bigger brakes being a motorsport wheel

PCD Fuzz? Not for me mate they wouldn't fit over my brakes otherwise I would for anyone else interested Good price tooo GLWS
  13. I thought you would appreciate this. Is it a convertible he has or a hardtop Michael? There was not a mark on it a real credit to it's owner. It is just a timeless car in some way's there are some thing's that show it's age like the rear light's and their "squarish ness" but that is part of the charm this was a Corrado of the early 70's and it's British!!!!!
  14. Proper 16's for driving 17's for show's. You should be able to fit some big brakes under them too
  15. Totally Jim but we still miss him not trying to get him re-instated I personally think it's nice that user's have noticed he hasn't been about ;)
  16. Excellent!! Machine polisher?? can't really tell from the pic's that it is needed. Stunner :)
  17. All Corrado door's are the same Sam :thumbleft:
  18. Ya cheeky wee B**s nevermind my age it's all about the TR not me :joker2:;)
  19. It is a shame he was very understanding with me and I know how much of a pain I can be at time's, he had a good knowledge of the Corrado too.
  20. Ok not an update but a couple of pics I got while at the local Tesco today really clean lovely motor would love one of these
  21. Temp's sound about right Ray. I have no insulation on mine and everything is fine
