After getting this 1st batch ready to post, I've slightly underestimated the time taken to produce,bag and post the large slam panel/wing screws and washers so I've increased the prices slightly. I will honour orders already placed at the old price. Thanks.

Update on the radiator - I've been out in the VR today and yesterday and can confirm everything seems to be good, no leaks and appears to be keeping things cooler than before. I left the engine to idle for a while and the 1st stage fan has been kicking in and keeping the water temps to just under 100 degs at idle. So would I recommend the radiator? Oh yes! The oil temp gauge problem turned out to be a dodgy connection, infact when I checked the connection to the sender it came away from the connector due to corrosion, a quick crimp later and all is good.

I know all this as I've just had it off to install the new radiator.

Congrats on the new purchase, is it Brilliant Black Metallic? Same as mine if it is. I've got an engine cover that has a slight split at the back where you can't see it, all fixings intact though, £20 posted.

Anyone know if this kit uses the Mk4 tensioner?

Sounds like you have something missing, could be the spring on the actual shaft or the spring retaining clip is missing/broken. Pull the surround up and you should be able to see it clear as day, it will be close to the top of the shaft just under the gear knob.

Dan, To do the whole of the slam panel (including the 4 in the photo) you will need 14 screws. Then an additional 8 for the wings. So add £9 for the additional screw/washers (18x). Total for the complete set including the headlight screws is £16.50 posted. Hope this is clear. PM me if you would like to order. Thanks Dave
