love the 993 , nicer with the black rims as well , i looked hard at 993's before going for my 996 the main reason was cabbin width being 19 stone and 6' 1" space with the narrow 993 was a problem , you say first and only PCGB meet what was the problem i was thinking of joining ?, is the yellow c4s your parked next to Len's hes ess3 on the audi forum lives in scotland i think ? you also need to check the center bore you need 57.1 mm or bigger a you can get rings to make the bore smaller if the bore is smaller than 57.1 you would need to get it machined larger Rob

to maintain the correct gearing and speedo readout you have to keep the overall circumferance within say 5-10% so you should only be able to go as low with 17's as 16's for example 185 55 15 are the same as 195 50 15 are the same as 215 ?? 16 (can't remember if this one is right ) are the same as 205 40 17 , same overall dia just more alloy rim less tire wall , this may help http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/suspens ... hart2.html or this http://www.dsm.org/tools/tiresize.htm Rob

twist the mirror as you said they are stiff so they dont move about on the car , you need to remove the doorcard to get it the wiring harness Rob

not a lot selling at the moment mate as far as i can see , IMO the lights won't add any value to the price of the car but you could get a few pounds back if you sell them on their own i didn't get much interest selling mine like this so changing it back to standard its not done yet a few little problems to sort then a new add Rob

corrado handles are specific to the corrado even the passat handles that look the same are different on the insides , corrado handles have an internal microswitch to opperate the central looking system , you can make anything fit with work , audi 80's have been done many times simple answer no :) Rob

not sure but i think the silver piece is also removable swap the good silver into your light with the good clips or repair the broken clip using your old light Rob
-
whats wrong with yours ? the difference between old and new is the glass lens and the black plastic trim around the lens if your lens and trim are ok and the silvering in gone inside the light then put your len/trim on any good light, the top clip holds the light to the car if its loose it will fail the MOT test Rob
-
Green for me please  Rob
