    I can't believe that people would dream of entering some of those horrors in a show and shine, virtual or otherwise. The Corsa...oh my God...where to start! Also, if I was entering that 106 I'd have chosen a picture where the exhaust wasn't on the p*ss! Voted for Adz, but the engine bay could do with a clean :)

    My mate had to take £2100 for his standard, low mileage, N-plate Golf VR6 a couple of years ago. The car was absolutely mint and mechanically spot-on but he just couldn't attract any interest. Hence, in the end, he had to pretty-much give it away. Funny ol' market, the Golf VR6.

    I truly believe you get what you pay for in these situations. It's the same reason I paid £400 for the remap on my Leon.

    I had those same rear lights on my Corrado and you're definitely doing the right thing by getting shot of the chrome. I wan't bothered by the bling, so I left it, but it's such a crap finish it went all manky and flaked after a couple of months. Black is best!

    I just got back from a month in British Columbia and I only saw one decent mullet in that entire time. A very disappointing total.

    Those two facts are not really true. I was driving back to Vancouver from Washington state three days ago and the Interstate highways there are no wider than in the UK. They're not surfaced any better either, and the speed limit was 70mph (60mph for short distances in a couple of areas). There was definitely a lot less traffic though...and a lot more police.

    227bhp for the early cars and 224bhp for the later cars with modified turbo...I think.
