  1. but bosch dont expect you to stage 4 your charger and run smaller pulleys :wink:
  2. Most people on here will say you need the isv to bleed off excess boost, fitting one of this prevents that. Im running without an isv with no probs. If your isv is prone to leaking when it shouldnt, you will lose boost
  3. what size is that plate and what font? it looks spot on
  4. the reason the crank pulley can be out, is there is play in the mounting between the sprocket thats held on with the 19mm and the actuall crank pulley thats held on with the 4x allen bolts. Also dont think vw where very accuate with the markings of the crank puley anyway

    i used to have some, search colt society on google they are called rs intakes

    over 1 bar boost

    narrowband gauges arent accurate enough to go by really, sounds ok
  9. the vacuum on the top of it lifts the diaphragm doesnt it, then when it hits posiutive pressure, it shuts?

  11. doubt its a zorst cam as inlet as the numbers would be the same

  13. i flowed my own manifold, easy enough but doesnt relly make much difference but its all gota help
  14. iwas guna say cam timing and ignition timing. when mine was out it hit 20psi on the gauge but was gutless.

  18. if the ecu doesnt get the right voltage ie earth strap missing, then it goes into limp mode and does all sorts of things
