it mostly depends on pulley size. You cant really run 65mm pulley without redtops

any idea of machine shop costs and valve costs? Will a gti golf head fit and work or do they not flow aswell?

As crasher says, there is no bigger throttlebody than the standard 16v 1 that will bolt straight on

Im tempted to have a go at flowing a g60 head. Questions are, if i go bigger valves, whats involved in fitting them and where do you get them from? Also whats the difference between g60 head and mk2 golf gti digi head? Thanks in advance

Just find the 2 oil pressure senders (1 white,1 blue?) the wires are 1 yellow and 1 blue i think? 1s for low pressure and 1 for high pressure

this happened to me once in my golf. i disconnected the battery and re connected and it cured it. If not, your guna need to earth the oil pressure warning light wire i think?

check the carbon brush is still in the dizzy cap, get engine to tdc,then make sure rotor arm is pointing to small groove in dizzy,then fit the cap. The lead above the rotor arm will be number 1,then work around from there. (cant remember firing order or rotation)

I believe it can work on N/A motors but not so critical as the inlet temps arent as hot

Its a renault 19 16v vent which ducts cold air striaght onto my cone filter. Prob guna ditch it annyway. Thanks ever so muchfor the chop i think it looks sweet

So any guesses to what size jet the injector is? I understand that it may not ever be as good as an aquamist but if cosworth used to small washer bottle pumps then surely it cant be that bad? This has cost me at most £25 and i feel the difference. If i forked out £200 for an aquamist kit, would i feel more? Guess i wont know till summer :D DIY twin inlet kit coming next :lol:

Ive just smoothed my number plate recess on my front bumper and im tempted to smooth the whole thing and do away with indicator and fog holes. Would prob move number plate down aswell Can someone photoshop it so i can see what it looks like? Please please please :D

Thought id update this abit Gone for smoothing the front bumper,have a new rear bumper to fit. Prob guna get another bonnet without vent . The new slam panel ive just fitted (so the bmw lights fit better), needs painting. Also need to do the audi door handle conversion on the driver door as ive done the passenger door only Might smooth off the indicators in the front aswell and go totally smooth?
