the runs are easily flattened out when they mop it but if its been lacquered then they cant. as above, stay calm and polite,and just mention the bits your unhappy with and they might be like "o, we are ever so sorry,we will sort it". i work in a shop,and when people are rude to me,they get fcuk all help :fist:

if only you could drive mine you would understand. its just not driveable. im talking full burn out as soon as you come on boost with part throttle. doesnt help havin 65mm pulley as this brings in more boost earlier on,it wasnt half as bad with 68mm

was guna say the 1.8 16v doesnt have lambda so would need to be 2l 16v downpipe

guna try some better rubber next week. tested top mph again and confirm 80 in 3rd,what do most people get with g60 box?

I darent get involved in swoppin cogs, was just guna wack in the g60 box for time being. Do i NEED a vr6 clutch? got a brand new luk g60 1 but scared of it slippin?

ok its not good, 45 in 2nd (wheelspin though) 80 in 3rd. 110 4th. How gay is that?

im runnin 205/40/17s guna go for g60 box in new year as this is ridiculous

never dynod it but should be 220ish bhp? its a 1.8 16v box so think that the valver has another 1k left in the rev range before redline and it hit 124mph in 4th on a rolling road when 1.8 16v. I obviously loose 14mph from the approx 1k lower rev limit

the 16v box is pants, redlines in 4th at 110mph and doesnt cruise well on motorway at all. Spins in dry and obviously even worse in wet

whenever i go more than half throttle my front wheels spin. It happens in 1st and 2nd and sometimes 3rd. Gets a bit dangerous as if i overtake it spins and pulls to the right. Front tyres are ok,trackings ok,could it be the fact im using a 16v box? Want to change the box soon but if this is the prob il change it asap

mine only shows 12psi with a 65mm pulley. This is because the more breathing mods you make,the less resistance there is to cause pressure. You prob have a cam and flowed head

i done this,was very easy,just use complete engine loom and use the g60 dash loom,then pm me and il give you instructions on how to wire it up so it all works. Its only wire to change iirc
