Sounds like an airlock? do your heaters work inside? If it makes you feel better,i blew the bottom rad hose off mine yesturday without knowing,broke down on a big hill and had to push my car on my own up it!!!

The golf engine will proberly have a 50mm inlet as the corrado has 42mm inlet,leave it on and see how you like it!it makes car pull like a train at 5k.Golf gearbox will definatly not fit the corrado,so use the corrado gearbox,clutch and flywheel

you will need to fit the rado flywheel aswell! im using a golf engine in my rado,remember you cant use golf gearbox as its rod change and yours i cable change!

Here we go,I recently fitted a 41mm manifold (really early golf) to my parents standard 16v golf as i sold there 50mm 1.The car feels alot more aggressive now and suits the way my parents drive HOWEVER,Ive got a 50mm on my rado and it feels alot better over the 42mm that was on it originally,The moral of my story is......who cares,im gettin itbs soon!

You have to remove alternator and bracket to get access to waterpump,be careful not to shear the bolts off in the block aswell

That looks sweet! i slimmed the small shaft and fitted countersunk screws as the 16v tb has huge screw heads that take up half the port!!!

Yes i believe it can be done but your much better off doin the "boost return mod" which is 1. cheaper and 2. should actually increase power (unlike dumpvalves!)

The 9a and kr cams ARE DIFFERENT! 9a cam has 8.9mm lift kr has 9.6mm lift.Wicked engine though

I thought mine was goin well till i got it to the rollors,it made 120bhp due to a sheared woodruff key on the cam wheel! 1 hour later,162bhp!
