  4. The later wings are slightly wider but AFAIK theres no difference near the bonnet, its only on the arch.I actually have 1 late wing 1 side and 1 early 1 the other!
  5. i changed my bonnet from early to late,no need to change anything else
  6. timing stays at 6 degrees advance on tick over with the red/black wire near coil disconnected.use the 1800 cams, cambelt doesnt matter and use the 2l headgasket
  7. not sure how you will fit 20001valves in? :D
  8. Heres a pic of engine bay and sideskirts
  9. If youve got to fix your throttlebody you might aswell flow it at same time.I did mine with a dremmel, took about a day to get the desired finish i wanted.I wouldnt worry about bhp figures,as long as you feel an improvement, then its worth doin! i thinned the spindle out on the small butterfly and countersunk the screws and the car picks up alot better now. shouldnt cost you anymore than £20 including buying a dremmel!!!!!
  10. guna take it off soon and inspect, would be nice if i could just tighten summink up and its cured but never my luck!
  11. Inlet slightly rough, exhaust as mirror finish as you can get to prevent carbon build up
  12. My mate had his car on the rollers at stealth, ran it on 15s then 17s and lost 14bhp at the wheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Are we talking internal or external?
  14. I had to grind a bit off the caliper carrier with my wheels as they wouldnt even turn! the rears hit my coilovers aswell!
  15. Not sure if these are the wheels i have, but i had 2 grind some metal off my front calipers (g60) and the back tyres hit my coilovers!
  16. Might have to fit some avos on the front my mate has but these have broke adjusters for dampning
  17. 9a inlet cam 8.9mm lift kr inlet cam 9.6mm lift exhaust cam 10.2mm lift When i first tried it i had bad experiences as you need to mod the chainwheel to corrct the cam-cam timing.I was guestimating the measurements at first but then my mate who mods the chainwheels bought a shrick blank 1 which has 2 keyways in it so you can use it on either cam.He uses this as a template to cut a new keyway into the chainwheel to correct the timing and keep the factory timing marks. All thats involved to mod the cam is to cut it down to the same length as the inlet cam and press on the new chainwheel!once fitted, you can sell your old kr inlet cam, to someone with a 2l. If you wana see wot its like, you can meet uop with me and il take you for a spin up the dual!!!!!!!!!!!
  18. Dont turn to the darkside  When my car was dynod,it pulled 121mph in 4th (that was the dynos readings not the speedo) Mines out at the speedo due to 17"wheels

    fuel pressure

i think the way youve plumbed it in will only show pump pressure, not system pressure?wot are you trying to achieve? The pump can pump up to 12bar (1bar=14.75psi) k-jet systems normally run 4-5bar system pressure and digipants normally run 3-5bar
  20. Reiger debadged grill in black and colour code the handles
  21. The corrado had 136bhp though and the golf had 139bhp as standard
  22. Should i of said, the 50mm was designed for the 1.8 engines. The plenum is small to go with the smaller capacity. I prefer it on mine anyway so thats all that matters!!!!!!!!!
