in my garage, much like chris's (a big shed) i have a few bits and pieces, the latest of which are some group N VW motorsport cams and a wiechers cage.

 

now i just gotta get stuck into the G60 and finish it off

Loads of hand tools, compressor and a few air tools, arc welder, far too many Mk1 Golf bits considering I sold mine eight and half years ago, a few Mk2 Golf bits including a complete GTI interior, I sold my Mk2 three years ago!

 

My neighbour has a small machine shop including a milling machine and lathe which he machines custom stainless steel parts for his Harley.

Far too tidy, supercharged - you obviously don't do enough in there!!! :) I've some more pics to upload of the mayhem of having x2 2.9's , a 3.1, a 5 speed box, a 6 speed box and various flywheels, oil and water on the floor and 3 weeks worth of news papers to soak up the crap - as well as me and chris :)

 

Dink - how'dyou mean, lax - was this a secret lil mod you didn't know i was doing?? Wouldn't have bothered until i'd got some forged pistons and taken it out to 3.2/3.3 ish but after snapping the spark plug in the std engine, it seemed a shame to switch heads on an engine that was coming out anyway -so now the ABT Long Throw, lsd and 6 speed are all going in in one fell swoop - should be sorted for the weekend :)

umm... Can't actually take any photos of my garages 'cos I can't actually get in any of 'em... :|

 

My single garage has J-DUB, a seperated G60 engine, a lupo dash (for my MKI), the interior for my MKII and a 3.5KW generator in it (don't ask, I'm not sure why either...) My back garden (which you access THROUGH the garage!) has my MKII golf in it which I can't get out until I get J-DUB shifted out of the garage, but she's got no front suspension at the moment (it's on the dining room floor - like you do... :oops: ) and then my Parent's double garage has my MKI in bits (lot and lots of bits!) in it with just enough room to fit their Leon in too...

 

I REALLY need to sell of some of my car bits and cars and seek help soon... :|

2 full sets of alloys + tyres for the vr, one of the fox alloys is buckled and needs refurbing, but the other set, bk299's, are pukka and going on for the winter.

 

various bits a bobs of corrado which are either spares, or new waiting to go on (more of the latter).

my shed has an Orange C16 in it, some gardening things, a set of vipertech suspension, a deck chair (with sunshade dont you know), some weights, one of those crazy multigyms with all the elastic bands etc (i hear chuck norris has one lol), golf clubs, and spiders - lots and lots of spiders!!!

Thats chrisvr6nos - if you look closely you can see him breathing in and turning blue, holding his gut in :)

 

Fair doo's to him anyway cos we been like a couple of oily grease monkies the last 2 night beavering away after work till late to sort it out.

a vid of the mk1 on the road,while im remmenissin about it.

 

16v on 45's so turn the volume up! 8)

 

this was while it ran a caddy diesel box,so the gearing was crap :x can hear me having to dip the clutch to make it go!

 

its only 1 min long but seems quite a big file :?
