Rotor break discs?????????

Recommended Posts

they have been around for a while now,not used them personally so cant comment, but they are a lot lighter than other discs and are meant to aid cooling due to the disc design

I can't see the point of them. The extra cooling is a load of cobblers too since it is the vane shape between the two disc halves that cools the disc, not some silly saw edging. If the Vanes are arc shaped, you get a centrifugal pump effect which throws heat out of the disc and draws air in too, aswell as throwing brake dust out if the disc faces are drilled.
