Just lowered the car a bit more last friday, got it washed and used the new autoglym wax - didnt like it but it looks shiney :D.

 

put the wheels on for a quick snap, going to widewheels this week to get the artches done so gonna drive there with the front 2 on and the rear 2 in the back of the car :D

dunno if i think it needs to go a tad lower, not much tho, wanna see how much it catches if it does when ive got the wheels on and the arches done. think the paint might crack so will be getting them done as much as needed to stop the wheels touching, with the paint splitting a bit on the back of one of the arches i aint too bothered about it :D

 

w9ill put pics up of it being done when im there and will get some from when its done but that its for now

finally got the arches rolled and the wheels on properly. going back on thursday to have em rolled a bit more and the front ones tucked in cause they catch aswell. would really recommend kris to people, got some of his business cards. great bloke and is willing to help in any way, the place itself is in the arse end of nowhere so its a right pain to find lol. joy to the sat-nav! and the roads around there are shockingly bad! lol still decent price excellent job and good laugh! its nice to see that he doesnt do it for the money but because he likes the cars aswell! :) anyways pics from when i had it done!

 

 

then today i gave the car a wash over and a quick wax over with the dodo juice and went and took a couple of pics! if anyone thinks there is nay i should put in for calendar please say cause i dont like picking lol

Went for a potter about with a mate of mine last night and got some nice snaps of the cars :D so here they are . (taken the ones out that are just of his golf to help a bit, lol)

had a week off last week so managed to get loads done to the car that ive wanted to do for ages!

 

took wheels off washed & sealed them with chemical guys wheel sealant - highly recomended its nice!

i made a false floor for the boot then had to cut it into 2 to get it in. used the original boot carpet and mounted my active sub and amp for my speakers into it.

painted my calipers black whilst i had the wheels off

gave the car a proper good cleaning over with the dodo juice :D

and all the rest of the time it rained so i played GTA4 and am very close to completing all the missions now :D

also i fitted my BMC CDA ( given that was the week before) but it sounds sexual :D :luvlove:

not sure what size brakes will go under the wheels. its currently running the standard VR brakes on the front and there is loads of space. ill have alook and take a p0ic sidfe on see if we can work out what might go underneath them!

took some more snaps tonight.

 

now have had all 4 arches ,bonnet resprayed and drivers sill. got a BMC CDA which has made the car sounds sweet as :)

saving for EBC brakes and exhaust system now :)

Looks smart! Do you have any problems getting over speed bumps at all??

as it stands now. it only and i mean onyl just touches the very top of speed bumps with the splitter. i have cracked it on the far right. but i hit a big block of wood the other week and did that. avoiding massive dips in the road is a must but apart from that i have no problems with the undercarraige or exhaust catching. only the arches occasionally and the splitter :)

was getting bored of my red rears so i bought some M3 style rears and some clear side repeaters for the fcar at VW festival, also got a new sticker and some Pressed metal UK font plates made up :D pics to come!
