I think I know what the other bit is but its sort of a piece of the centre console plastics in the dash. You mean the roller dial you use to adjust direction and on/off of centre heater vents..? Get in touch. ---------- Post added at 10:35 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:32 AM ---------- hmm.. how difficult is it to change the dash vents? does the dash have to come out? :S Dash doesn't have to come out to the change the vents...assuming you speaking about the pair of vents in the middle the singles vents on each side of the dash..? Few screws and the pods that hold them come out. If you are looking to change from early to late however you'll need the vent holders as well as they are different.
