Wilko13 2 Posted August 19, 2021 Just signed up so thought I would say hi, bought my first ever corrado about 3 weeks ago, it’s a G60 with a stage 4 charger (rebuilt bu jabbasport) 68mm pulley and runs at 14.5 psi (is this good I have no idea). Been around vws for a few years and this add to my collection of a mk1 golf gti, mk1 caddy, mk4 golf, 1972 1600 beetle and a daily touran. Do have others but won’t bore you with them lol. Anyway I’m sure will will pop up asking questions and doing a lot of searching Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wilko13 2 Posted August 20, 2021 Yea just a tad beetle and corrado I have only owned about 3-4 weeks. Beetle been locked away for 25 years and I bought it and booked it in for a mot as it looks solid apart from a bit of paint. The corrado has its issues which I’m going to slowly sort but it’s great fun to drive and it’s booked in for paint in November. Main issue is the idle. Previous owner said something about the isv?? I don’t know anything about these engines so I’m slowly learning Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
1xshaunx1 27 Posted August 21, 2021 What a collection, love it My first car was a Land Rover. Stripped it down and put it back together with my dad. Sold it to my sister after 3 years and bought a XR3i, 3 years of that and then a G60. The Land Rover was a lot of fun to drive @ 18 but very cold in the depths of winter

Wilko13 2 Posted August 28, 2021 Any idea which fuse checked number 21 and all is good apparently there are fuses in engine bay but can’t see any Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cressa 44 Posted August 28, 2021 I don't believe the ones in the engine bay are for the windows etc, I would take the fuses out and test across for continuity.... then start looking for voltage elsewhere
g0ldf1ng3r 15 Posted August 28, 2021 as cressa said - you want to be checking the fuse board under the drivers side dash to begin with AFIK the only fuse under the bonnet is for the rad fans
Dox 23 Posted August 28, 2021 (edited) If it has auto closure alarm check the fuses for the alarm system Edited August 28, 2021 by Dox

Dox 23 Posted August 28, 2021 The fuse box has a locking mechanism to stop the plugs on the rear from popping off. Make sure its locked in place - if its not check for loose plugs on the rear of the fusebox
