I can see it on the forum !! Could you see the actual switch picture I put on? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

The plate in the bonnet. I'm more interested in the exact amount which should be in the system. I'm in the process of fitting the correct genuine switch above the cigarette lighter. Just need to finish off a mounting plate. Although I may go down a different electronic route after I've done this, just because I can I suppose. I'll get a postage price tomorrow Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

I can check the exact date of fitment but iirc it was fitted the same year it was registered. It's the original one out of my 95 VR. Out of curiosity, does the Diavia plate on your car have any info on? Just wondering what it should say on them.. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Comes with the attached loom part unless you want to save on the postage. Fully working, I'm only selling as I'm experimenting with different switches and this has been on my kitchen side 2 months !! £20 bargain as I don't know how you would replace it, Plus postage of your choice[emoji3] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

I thought I'd read somewhere about that. Perhaps they do different spring models. I had asked for the later spring model but that is what I got !! I did use the late top mounts I had with the early spring plates tho. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Ditto. Mine is the late vr and I too had to get the earlier spring plates. When comparing spring tops I could see straight away the late versions wouldn't me right although I'm sure someone said they managed to use them. Perhaps H&R do have different springs.... I managed to get mine for 80 pounds so want going to complain[emoji106] Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

My late model VR plates did not fit my H&R springs, even though they were ordered as late model springs which was a pain, So i had to use the earlier ones and it sits perfect for me. When I used the later spring caps it seemed to sit that little bit higher and didn't seem right to me. I've looked but can't find any measurements, only pictures, sorry. Hopefully someone else can help with this Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Okay, so as stated I put a larger battery on my VR Corrado, because it fits in the space !! Unfortunately that meant the tatty fabric battery cover which comes as standard no longer fits. So I've always kept my eye out for this, done lots of searches, asked questions but to no avail. Last week I saw a write up about a Skoda 72ah battery jacket so armed with the part number I went to TPS. Although they couldn't give me dimensions they brought out the battery it is for. I sadly took down all the measurements to check against mine. Should fit. So I order the VW part and fitted it today. Result, it fitted and I'm back to the OE look as it should be. Genuine VW part no. 1K0-915-411-B I hope that can help someone else too Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

I'd have thought the poor airflow would be down to the controls not operating the flaps correctly. My controls needed a complete cleaning and sorting, and the bottom cog of the heater box was broken so things didn't move as they should. Once that was sorted, mine is all good. Although I have taken the box out like others, cleaned and replaced the foam on all the flaps. Also I've learnt not to force the controls round whilst on maximum speed as the resistance seems high and I don't want to break it again. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Looking at the attached picture, it says 33 front and 30 rears. Not explaining its laden weight, but i guess a Polo is about the weight of a Corrado . Try it and see what you prefer, then post your results mate Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
