  4. They differ also regarding the high press. Pipe attachments, the pump's shaft length could also be shorter or longer, like a g60 pump compared with a 16v version. If your stuck for a PS pump let me know which version you have, ZF or the much more common TRW. And also measure the distance between the edge of the pulley rotor and end of the pump's body.

  7. Since 2003 G60 8v, G60 turbo 8v, 2.0 turbo 16v, 2.0 G60-16v now it remains turbo 16v+nitrous added. Toyed a bit with the the intention of going the VR turbo route but in Italy, it can't be done.. Been sitting since '10 but i don't care, i'll never get rid of her.

  10. If you get stuck and need another seal, give a shout as i've Got a few spares.
  11. Er no guys, the Seal is first put on around the tailgate's glass then the glass is glued back in.. Getting it off is easy, it's putting back on properly that catch's you out. Many just cut the seal's locating lip and glue the lot in, a real shout way of doing it imo.

  14. Hi Tony, I've had a look and I thought that I'd found a set, turns out that they are from an MC Audi Quattro 2.2 turbo.. Very similar compared with the Mahle g60 version. I'm going to check again later on mate, I've got loads of bits stashed..

  16. I remember doing mine 7/8 years back along with the axle bushes.. Right little bastids to remove, even when using a proper union spanner..stupid brackets always bend. Judging by the photo I reckon you'll be fine, as long as the line or pipe doesn't rub or touch metal it'll be fine. Now go and do the one near the brake compensator and stay sane..!
  17. Nothing this end mate, all LHD versions left over unfortunately.. Do you need the little microswitch and wiring for your handle?
  18. Also check those Daft Little micro switchs that often come adrift and move. Possible Sticking idle valve, pull out the idle screw and wrap a few turns of Teflon tape to the screw, if its gone awol you'll hear a whidyling noise at idle.

  21. Hi Andy, Nothing mate, i've only got a CCM VR6 crown wheel and pinion left, i think i may have re-fitted the CBA version onto another 'box..
