You can get them in Halfords, a mate bought some about a month ago - they are usually in a locked cabinet with all the gold connectors etc...
-
Yup, you can tell the big 7 ltr tanks as it has the cut away around the fan relays.
-
There is an Oil Cooler group buy about to start...

Stealth Racing are still the 16V Daddies... well worth a trip to pin point the problem and sort it out!
-
Not a bad price for a flywheel there! - was that exchange without ring-gear?
-
I fitted McLaren F1 mirrors to mine and they look the nuts!
-
Not sure if they still make 'em but you can still buy them from stock...
-
Yep, muppets! I suspect one part number starts 191 and the other 1H0..?
-
What you feel is just the system pressurising, the ABS won't work when the light is on... Really needs VAGCOM to see what wheel sensor (if it is a wheels sensor) is causing problems altho as stated you can check resistance first and this may indicate where the problem is... When was the last time the car was washed Rodger? - You may find a good going over with the Jet wash will clear the fault if it's just a dirty sensor...
-
Yep, I'd advise anyone with a 10 year old VW to change all of these when doing a coolant change (or waterpump / stat / rad change etc) My old temp sensor housing crumpled in my hand after taking it off when fitting samco's... Also - not only do they go brittle, the also tend to warp so just changing the O rings is not enough.

Those lights do see to suit a black car...

Yes, sorry I remember now mine was on 13 I think when it broke, like I said block it for now so it's not sucking in unmetered air, It will help but you need to sort the probe out..
-
That will be why your MPG is on 99 - try blocking it off for now but I have a feeling it won't affect the running to much... The new one BTW goes all the way back to the brake servo (one big pipe) Suprised you don't know more about Lamb sensors, living in Wales...

Yep, I had a test drive last year of one and nearly ended up trading the G60 in... Deffo first choice as a company car in the future...

I Finally Got My Corrado.... and it needs some help...

Yep, It's 24mm and also a good idea to stick a bit of grease on the boss and also to collumn switches... The no turn signals may be a faulty relay... In fact most of your problems sound like electrical gremlins so check for bad earths, loose wires etc.... -
The "what I did to my Corrado today" thread...

VR6, Nice one! - all go ok? -
Yep, sounds like the stat but could also be the pump...
-
Which warning light?? - there is one for the level in the tank but not the temp... Might be worth changing the black sender unit as they are cheap, if its still the same look at the thermostat and pump and also the thermoswitch and rad fan are working. Welcome to the forum BTW!

You guys might want to check your fuel pump is running on after you stop the engine.

G11 is the old type of coolant VAG used to sell, now superceded by G12+ Not sure whar the PAS fluid is called but only use the green stuff VAG sell, DON'T use red ATF fluid in VW racks! -
The clutch is hydraulic and uses the same fluid resevior as the brakes, you have a problem in the clutch system somewhere - check for fluid leaking from the slave ontop of the gearbox then trace back to the master cyl until you find the problem. Don't let the fluid get below the min!
