Its the Kerbing I'd be worried about.... :-P

I think the Tri-Locks were standard with Alloy wheels, they are crap tho and I would urge anyone still using them to change them asap before they can't get a wheel off! Jimjam, not sure if they are generic or not but they are still sold now - PM me your address and I'll send you my old key down to try...

You could get some sort of food warming device in the car... The Hella fridges that GSF sell are very good and can be inverted to keep food warm as well
-
Yeah, I think we all assume when people talk about fully synth that they are using the Gold Syntha which is 5w...
-
Neil g60, read the stickied thread about this, you don't order the arms and blades seperatly, you order 2 of the same set number which incluedes an arm and a blade! - should be no more than £20 each

What do I need to know about fitting my new Lamder tomorrow
Supercharged replied to Oakley's topic in Engine Bay
Also the rear caliper pistons wind in so you WILL need a windback tool (Halfords) -
 I thought he had a 1.8 16v... If its a G60 then you've got to use a genuine filter! - there a bit more dosh than the standard Golf ones - between £5 and £10 depending on how much discount you get, problem is they don't keep then in stock any more...
-
VAG filters are actually cheaper than the pattern ones...
-
Ahhh.... I thought most new VAG cars came with fully synth now tho? or maybe they change to that after the first service....
-
Fully is probably best on a new / rebuilt engine, just on a 10 year old one if will leak out of seals and gaskets when it gets hot...
-
Take it to Stealth...
-
Fully synth is way to thin for a 10 year old car, the general consensus is to by the Silva Syntha from VAG or GSF, its Semi synth, 10W-40 and about £10 a bottle
-
Hmmm...maybe because I have 90 degree bends coming out the sandwich plate... deff does not fit!

Who blew up their corrado at panta sod?
Supercharged replied to Scruffythefirst's topic in General Car Chat
At least he works in he right place to fix it! -
Change the blue temp seeder...
-
Its also worth mentioning that you will need either the RSR outlet or the one that Henny and Jim are running as the connectors off the sandwich plate will not fit with the original baffle box in the way...
-
There the same part! - should be about £70
-
Cool name! 8)
-
Its discusting what some people get up to!
-
Soubds about right, might be a good time to get rid of it completly and fit a Mocal cooler....
-

Supercharged replied to PhatVR6's topic in General Car Chat
Just about to say that, the trouble is once it gets through the lacquer it just gets underneath and keeps going, 2 of my RM's are like that
