Thats deffo a faulty Thermoswitch then, you will need an early (3 pins in a line) one - about £8 from GSF :wink:

VW usually use standard 8mm fuel pipe, cheap as chips from any motor factors... usually buy it by the metre and always get new Jubilee clips just in case...

I'm fairly sure they just write down or take a pic of your reg becuase of 'drive-offs' I'm fairly sure they do, a year or so ago I drove passed one of these camera's and was worried as I still hadn't displayed my new disc about a week after the old one ran out as I coundn't find the 2.5mm allen key for the holder :oops: - didn't here anything tho... I have always assumed the disc should be displayed in the passenger corner of the screen but maybe thats just because thats what most people do.. :?

I've been in several cars wearing T1S's, always extremly good grip in the dry for the money but they wear twice as quickly as the A539's (I'm just using them as a comparison as they are roughly he same price) and in the wet they are next to useless! - the 539's aren't the best in the wet but when compared to the Toyo's they are in a different class! - I don't think Toyo really manufacture tyres for our weather/climate.

STORMYCORRADOVR6, did you use a new Thermoswitch when you changed the rad, as it sounds like its not working! - It may be the fan is only coming on at one temp/speed...

The Digital gauge should be as accurate as any, Mine was giving 1780 at 6200rpm as standard before it was rebuild at 89k's...

If the fluid is landing under the the car then it may be the master cyl....

I don't know why the C never came with the blindspot 'split' mirrors you got on the mk2 golf, they were superb!
