    I agree.. It would also be worth checking that the thread hasn't been torn from the engine mount as i have seen this over the last few months on some of the cheaper/non branded mounts available
  2. :roll: This will only happen if you dont vent the breather from the tank in the correct way. The advantage of moving/removing the carbon canister on g60 mainly is to free up a lovely space to route a cold air feed pipe up into the Air Box.
  3. i would think it was that pipe on the back of the throttle body that blew off then. We supply the blanking bungs for 50p if you should need anymore.

  14. I do agree then that is odd. It wasn't made clear that the charger went away to have the pulley fitted i would make a call then and get the question asked.
  15. Whats your thoughts on the pulley issue then niel... The way i see it is that you didnt think you had a 68mm pulley on there so you brought one and then relised you allready had one..."correct??" Why not sell one of them to recoup some of your outlay or if your not happy with the work/ parts that have been issued to you get on to the company that supplied them to you ?? ... I didnt get out of the wrong side of bed (id hit the wall if i did) its just you dont want to mess about with petrol / fumes etc as it could be potential killer.

  17. The walls of the displacer start to flap/move at 18k.
  18. We are working on a full web page at the moment with all the images / prices / specs etc. If you thinking of turbo / lysolm / eaton conversions these heads are still fully useable ,but we are concentrating more on efficency at the moment rather that pushing the g-laders to crazy speeds..
  19. 8.5mm is an interferance fit for the breather pipe... "Is it benifical?" Well do you really think that smelling fuel is a nice Idea ?
  20. The heads will yield big gains on any bottom end Configuration. The heads can come supplied with a matched cam if needed so nothing else would be needed to Run this head on any PG bottom end. We can also cater for the 1H bottm ends to with no problem.
  21. remove the charger.. and then the bracket is self explanetry to remove this will then let you remove the water pump without to much bother.
