not at all.. many people rebuild there own chargers... just do reserch as many people have do some good write ups.. if you get stuck give us a call and ill try and sort you out over the phone...

deffo agree with the short shap blow method.. also dunlop do a sealent but you can also use sikoflex just not to much... -
what size do you need ? if its for a 68mm pulley i can get one in the post to you for £20 deliverd..

yep the corrado had koni coilovers etc and the golf is of simular spec and i will stand by what i say in that its much more fun to drive ... :lol: the corrados are no doubt about it awesome just personally i think the golf is better...

i have gone back to a mk2 fully set up suspension wise but now with brace bars etc and i think i actually prefer it to the corrado... just my opionion though :oops:

ok i understand, i like the way its mounted there i ll get some beers in and hopefully you ll let the secret out :D does it mount onto the orginal bracket? yep all OE brackets used for alternator fitment.. :lol:

beetles / late mk3 cabbys / and some seats use this style head... there are varations on it though slightly differnt shape fron oil gallery.

its the first ever x-flow i have seen running a alternator in the origanal position.. :lol: sorry not about to give it away as it has taken quite a while to find and fit this in that postition... buy me a few beers at inters and it might slip though... :lol: 8) :lol:
