Mk1 is gone, i liked it, i just didnt like it as much as i hoped and it was going to turn into a very expensiive quest to make a beauty. Fact is Mk1s are complete show car only if you want them unbelievable, no point using them as dailys.. Am running a Mk4, may be time for another Corrado soon...

There are a few cars on here making me feel that its almost time for another Corrado and this is the ultimate. If i win the lottery you will no longer own this, itll be offer you cant refuse time. Sensational as ever..

I had EBC discs on my old one and suprise suprise they warped. They did change them for me and i wanst out of pocket but i agree they arent the best.. I just changed discs and pads all round on my Golf and went for Genuine VW, with discount they are cheaper than EBC and quality wise they are spot on.

Ive no idea what rocco you already have Karl but is it ever going to end up as tasty as that?? I doubt it, so man up, wallet out and get it bought....

No matter how good an R32 you create i think youll miss it considering how long you had it.. I, like the vast majority on here cant imagine picking a Corrado up from the dealer so it is the end of an era... Fair play to you though, im sure it has been made your while...

Car is looking brilliant, has come on a long way since i saw this car fully standard.. Lets look on the bright side here though everyone, this one gets sold, he will buy another so imagine what that one will be like. I know there are some great cars on here but for all round ability and not creating scene machines, i cant think of better... Oh and an R32 turbo S3, that would silence the critics..

When i did mine i just used the seal. While you are in there you might as well change the housing, stat, all seals.. Another piece of advice i was goven was dont go mad with the G12, it doesnt need to be too pure as the cooling properties of the G12 are different to water. I was advised it would lead to a 10% difference and hey presto when i drained and refilled to a less concentrated mix it was spot on.

I had these on my old one. Calipers with Rado Carriers and solid discs.. IF you are going to paint these you will need to prime them first as paint wont take on bare aluminium..

The rover that had the orange bumper insert was a BRM, im not expert on them mind...

Ive had one of these kits for about 4 years now, its been great. First problem last weekend, one of the screw driver attachments shattered. Took it back, no agro given a new one, no receipt needed.. I know Hlafords gets some stick but personally i think they dont deserve it.

I totally agree, i love it. I always had a soft spot for the Leon i had, so a 4wd V6 version of it is fantastic. It doest have the grunt of a VR6 Corrado but the power is so smooth.. Ive seen some pics of your one, very nice, were those Recaros expensive?

Well the MK2 left the building today.. Still loving the 4mo, i will post pics up when the weather gets better..

Those are a 17 i think. 18s suit them so well. A lad at work has an anniversary slammed and spaced nicely on 18" RCs and it looks tremendous....

Well no pics yet....but....ive bought another car.. Firstly, im not collecting these, Mk1 and MK2 are up for sale.. Just collected a couple of days ago a 2001 Golf 4motion in silver, Full VW history, 2 owners, wheels are a bit bubbly but otherwise shes not far from a minter.. Comes with all the mod cons, no leather which is how i wanted it, the seats are lovely. All ive done so far is bin the wood trim and fit the full R32 brushed aluminium kit. This car is a keeper, i absolutely love it, im within an inch of saying its the best car ive ever had. Plans, big big clean when the snow goes, few more nice touches on the inside. Outside, the 16s look tiny so larger wheels are required and some height reduction.. Once its clean ill post up..

The glass is available from the dealer, the heating element is built into it. Its a straightforward swap. From memory the glass wasnt the cheapest..
