Hope someone can help me. Yesterday my misses drove me to work in the rado and on her way home there was a ping noise from the engine and she lost power instantly and the car died. Me and my dad have tried putting a new ignition coil on but its not that. There are no sparks showing to the spark plugs or the coil i.e theres no power getting to them. The engine turns over so its something to do with the ignition. It tried to cut out the night b4 otherwise there were no obvious warning signs that it was about to lose power. Any ideas, any help is much appreciated ? I have a 1.8 16valver. :( :( :( :cry:

here are some more :lol: thats the jig for it what i made for treatment not seen the pics till now though looks good.all i can say though its 15-16 ft long and 6ftish but body all aliminium i think the jig weighs more than the car :)

what hight drop is recomended , i live in speed bump heaven and its those damn center ones and there are miles of them, i have 17s and no drop , would like to drop it but its close now cant afford to dammage anything under the car or should i just hire a jack hammer? :lol: will 40mm drop look ok might get away with that and whats the going prices and best makes or just 6 bags of cement :lol:

neither i prefer the vw corrado :lol: but i do think the merc looks better most bmws look the same just diff sizes

This year, we've been invited to have 2 stands, one 6-car stand (the usual), and an extra 8-car display area, so don't let me down here, folks, get your name down! Do you mean the showground in Malvern? There was a well-attended stand at BVF (british Volksfest), as quite a few from this forum can testify. We all had a roaring time. Tempest :roll: :oops: my mistake it was the year before i went there , was told they would have a stand but no one went that was another good show only went 1 day though would do the weekend next time looked good
