  5. If the abs light is definately plugged in and you havnt broken a connector in the abs light, sounds like a bulb check it with a multimeter to make sure its blown on the circuit board! or it could be the abs ecu maybe(just a thought) I bought a bulk lot of these bulbs a year or so back as rs components were the only place that sold the correct bulb. It just solders on in place of the old one. I sold some of the spares i had from this bulk buy to members on the forum im sure ive still got some around if your interested £2.50 for a pair(you will only need one but its always good to have a spare) of bulbs posted! Jon
  6. Yep you need to extend the input wire
  7. Or i have just found an old dinkus post:
  8. Just done this on mine crossovers are hidden behind the footrest for the gas pedal on the drivers side and above the storage tray on passenger side! The sound goes to the tweeter first and then to the woofer in the door card! So to get the input for the crossover you should notice when disconnecting the original tweeter in the dash that there are two connector blocks going into it, unplug one of the plugs and if you stop hearing sound coming through the tweeter then that is the input wire (crossover) (if you still hear sound then the input is the other connector block!
  9. Been there done that and in fairness the complaint was passed on to the local council who then phoned me and a surveyer sent round to look at the road in question. They said the road was fine (which it clearly wasnt) and had passed the points system (my arse) anyway the site works its the councils that are sh!te! Rant over! Roads are a discrace in this country

    Petrol cap

If you pull back the carpet inside the boot around the petrol cap apparently there is a lever of some sort that you can pull and that will in turn open the flap!!
  15. The thing is with 288mm is that you never realise how good they are till you need them in an emergancy situation! Was travelling down the motorway the other month and all of a sudden there was stationary traffic on the slip road, thought i was never going to stop in time so aimed sligtly towards the hard shoulder for good measure in case i didnt make it. Stopped a few feet behind the car in front didnt lock breaks or anything and turned to the gf and said that if i had 280mm on then there is no way i would have stopped! 288mm are a must for the VR!! Car looking mint as always Vaughan
