Any one got a road angel plus im tempted to get one probably next month but just wanted to know if anyones got one? And what they are like? Dont want to buy one and then find out they are crap! Any other brands i should consider aswell? Cheers!!

I meant screws sorry so are rounded off phillips type screws and they wouldnt budge so drilled them out! Apart from that very easy to do but wouldnt want to do it again in a long time!

yeah i did had to drill a few out but its better than paying labour prices these days! Im not the most mechanical minded but i managed it eventually! My rad was £122 from vw with my mates trade price discount taken off! Get a vw one and you cant go wrong really!

Piece of piss to do yourself whole front end has to come off bumper and slam panel headlights etc then its just a straight out job!

Went through a rather large big puddle this morning not dead fast id say bout 25ish max and when i came to a stop then engine died when i tried to move off and felt like a misfire this happened to anyone else? Sure made me crap my pants idled crap all the way to work! Then when i came to drive it at 4ish all is fine again! Anyone offer an explanation?

Mine was 4k mate thats with 125k on the clock nearly full service history! I remeber making that guy an offer of 6k via email and he said we were talking in about the same ballpark that he wanted! First thing to come off though has got to be them mud flaps!

Has the sensor on the radiator been changed or is that what you mean by the "new senders"??

Nice one mate tryed the search before hand but just wrote glovebox light in and it came up with loads that had nothing to do with it!

Right quick question ive removed the bulb from the glovebox light as its gone where can i get a replacement and whats the size?? Can i get one from halfrauds ? Cheers

mine used to hit 70 oC by the endof the bypass near me lol! And traffic it used to get to 100 oC and then steam(coolant) would come from the grille lol! Shouldnt the fans kick in at 100 Goldie?
