ok am paying 94 VR6 £849 Fully Comp 4 Yr NCB 1 Claim - Not at Fault 5kmiles No points Garaged (yo12) thats with Flux and thats just continuing on from my old insurance just with vehicle change from my old highly modified bravo so i will change insurance and maybe go with a more specialist insurance company next time :)

looking really good mate, i like that alot, wheels really work well with the car and colour, makes me want to get some crystal lights for the rear :?

been wathcing this post a while now and wow. wish i had the balls space and knowledge to attempt something like this, if i had a go at welding im sure id end up with something resembling some roadkill :S

VR on 134k and no rattles or noise apart from the tensioner pulley which ahs shut the engine up somthing chronic!

can they be made with the logos etc on, i kno that you pay for your tax etc and get a sticker (well i think ya do lol) but is there a way that they could be made with any reg on and sent over? i really like the look of em love the style of lettering and spacing etc, i kno they would be highly illegal but nice for shows maybe?

is kinda harsh as said, but also as said id go offer to give it a wash over, take jumper pack and pen/paper with you and write down all the info from the car. see what comes up, if its a storm then see what you can get him down to. if its no then point and laugh in his face, lots :norty:

i was looking at a car that TCS were selling and i had the money (dont think he actually know this) i was going to be doing about a 300 mile journey to him with cash to buy a car that was £4000ish. He informed me that he was busy and couldnt meet me that day, i informed him thats my only day off and i would like to look at it which he pretty much said well nevermind then. my loss kinda thing. so i buggered him off and went and bought one private from a chap near mansfield for a grand less and its needed a wheel bearing and tensioner pulley doing, but its mint and i love it! best advice is dont buy the first one you see, i know how tempting it is but wait. if there is anything major wrong try and either knock down for the amount roughly it will cost to fix or walk away:P its not worth the hassle of fixing something when you can wait a week and get one thats been done also Good Luck and you will love the noise of the VR6, its unreal i drove all the way home with no stereo on just accelerating and braking to listen to it lol

looks mint, would love the space and time and ability to be able to do that, more so the space and time cause you can pick stuff up on the way :D

Apart from the Corrado which hardly gets drove as i walk to work i have my dads laguna which to say the least is gash and my girlfriends starlet turbo which is good fun

hope you get this back and sorted soon, had a couple of cars broken into and i kno what thats like but to have it stolen, must be really bad :(

usually if they didnt have crossovers then they will have a lil resistor inline for the tweeters, thats how the jbl ones come anyways :)

looks really well with the 15's on. as said before if they were a tad wider it would look loads better, have you managed to get spacers yet? how far you gonna space em, 10mm or so?

paint does look to of come up really well there, did you apply anything over the top of that or just clayed it then left it?

Managed to get my grill sprayed up. i painted the brow and left the grill black with a bit of endurance tyre gloss it came up nice and shiney :D. i got some paint from VW and to be honest, it was crap to apply. didnt seem to be much pressure in the can so it was constantly needing shaking and it was spluttering. but i made the best of a bad job really. aswell i got some pics of the coilovers, got the new tensioner and belt and the strut mounts front and rear ready for in 6 hours i shall be taking the car to the garage to have it all fitted, on that note im off to bed! Enjoy the pics and i might get some tomorrow of it lowered :D grill from the front grill from the side i kno its on a side but just tilt your head front coilovers rear coilovers strut mounts tensioner pulley and alternator belt :D Thanx for looking!

Looks mint, love the colour, TSW Fly, they look really well but they are an old wheel, where i have worked i have never sol a Fly rim and ive been there 2 years :) so look after em!

it cant be pikeys they all seem to be up here in scarborough for the donkey and horse weekend. still seems to be too good to be true lol. got some issues if you sell it for that much :D. altho it might be just a shell lol

the vr is better on fuel than my 1.8 Bravo was! :D i love the economy i get rofl :D i have noticed there is loads on the market atm. people must be squeamish about the price of fuel atm, but to be honest even for 14 years old they aint bad on go-go juice :D

i understand mate why can they make a magazine and throw it in with the paper or a weekly magazine and it cost 80p but something thats monthly is like £5, surely the one thats weekly would cost more and take up more recorses to make it. Unless its because they know we all keep our copys and so they aint going back ito the system for recycling :D lol

Haha, figured... I was about to start asking where to get them at :lol: take the font on a disc ( i dunno what it is but im sure someone will tell you) to a sign writers and get them to make it using a yellow backing and some clear acrylic! thats how plates are made in the uk. are they pressed metal in the states? any sign writer should be able to make em for you tho :D

thats cause they know he buys it every month lol gonna have to get my wheels on stuff on and try send a pic in see if anything comes from it :D

managed to get a full SKF tensioner with mounting bracket for £40, didnt fancy the chopping idea and i needed it here for friday so had to get one in :)
