  7. Thanks mate. Tried again this evening with a couple of borrowed, slightly more hardcore Air Impact guns...still won't budge. Anyone got any other ideas..? I'm thinking I need to find me a Lorry Mechanic with a tonk gun.
  8. Evening chaps & chapesses, Wanted to see if anyone could answer my question before I go trawling the net to find out. Currently struggling with an extremely tight crank pulley bolt, we've tried, spanners, spanners with extensions, battery impact guns, air-line impact guns but nothing seems to want to shift it. It's started to make me think, is it actually left hand thread and technically we are just tightening it..? Or is it simply right hand thread and full on FT....? Answers on a postcard appreciated and/or any info into how you undid yours successfully. Cheers in advance. Stu
  9. It is literally amazing how quiet you can get the dash and associated parts once you've refitted it and tensioner all bolts & screws correctly. It's been night and day on all the car's I've changed the heater matrix on. Currently 5 & counting... I find with removing the dash completely, it allows you to re-run all wiring and cabling, neatly and efficiently as you begin to put the dash back in. Really wouldn't like to attempt that with the dash half out but still attached in places.

    VR6 air box

Got two for sale in the classifieds mate. ;) http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?76357-VR6-Airbox-s-x-2-1-Mint-amp-1-Minor-Damaged
  12. After a bit of clear out this weekend, I've managed to uncovered 2 Corrado VR6 Airboxs. I know these items are quite hard to come by these days in good condition as the first thing most owners do is remove this for increased noise. [Myself included]. First Airbox up for sale is my own personal item however I never see myself refitting this or returning the car to standard so its up for sale. Item is in almost perfect condition considering age. Only very minor markings on the small peg feet if I'm being super critical however this is caused simply be removal and re-fitting. Comes with free K&N sticker too ;) All flick clips are present and includes front snorkel. Overall I'd say 9/10. Pics: Price: £50 + postage. Second Airbox up for sale is a spare item most likely from a one of the breakers I've had yet been tucked away and forgotten about. Item has some damage, to the bottom, pegs missing and small hole and a section missing from the snorkel entrance. Still perfectly usable however and overall I'd say 6-7/10. Pics: Price: £25 + postage. Collection welcomed from Flitwick, Beds also.

    boot lid cover?

Plastic items only in either grey, black or cream.
  20. Didn't realise Adapters shrink wheels these days..?
  21. I really want to see a set of these on a Corrado, especially with the dark grey elements. 5 spokes with twists suit the shape well I feel. Think Porsche Twists etc... I had some OZ Exclusives on my Corrado for a while in Anthracite and they really suited the car I feel and not a million miles off the Audi's above. Finding some in a suitable size might be fun tho.
  22. Just make sure you get the sizes spot on...you can quickly run into problems tightening these as they don't have a huge amount of range. These should go on pretty tight fully open so you have full range for clamping once the exhaust is together.
