Well I put a multimeter on the wheel speed sensors and the nsf showed nothing. Replaced it this afternoon and the light didn't go straight out which concerned me, but after a 2 mile drive switched engine off and upon restart the lamp went out :):):)

Actually used aerosol Hammerite on those, gives a good finish though. Wondering what to do with the calipers now, they don't look great compared to the rest, probably new would be ideal

Having spent most of the week at the workshop I brought the car home this eve with a nicely refurbed rear beam, with new bushes, hoses, clips etc 8) Then spent an hour cleaning the body when I got home as the car was covered in dust from sitting in the workshop. Apart from a trip to Maplins tomorrow to get a bulb for the ABS lamp all ready for Beaulieu next weekend :)

I unfortunately can't make Volksfest this year but very much hope to be at Santa Pod in August:)
-
My oil gets up to 110 at times , don't think it's a problem so long as it doesn't get any higher. Enjoy Volksfest!

Should only take you a day 8)

Impressive work ! Look forward to seeing what's next
-
I managed to get that part recently from VW , took a week or two though.
-
Taken advantage of a quietish week at work to drop out the rear beam for blasting, coating an re-bushing. Also dropped the exhaust system to clean along with the heat shields which will be blasted too. And a general spruce up under there 8)

I did something similar to mine! Nice to see you are back on the road :)
