What's happened to the drivers seat ? -
Love that pic J, is that down by Beaulieu ?

All finished now :) Pretty pleased with it, surprised with peoples general enthusiasm with Lego :thumbleft: Now a Lego Corrado would be really cool !

Definitely build up oil pressure with plugs removed, you don't want fuel being injected while you do this or sparks from plug leads so un-plug ECU. Vary revs for a bit while checking for leaks etc Good luck :)

Looks good, will keep an eye out for it :thumbleft:

Would be great to see you and the car John, though isn't the theme 'Vee power' ? -

Vee Power Sunday at Goodwood circuit, Sunday 4th October You have to pre register and be approved which is a bit long winded but worth it :) I'm waiting my approval

Nothing really exciting to report with the C other than passed the Mot in early August with flying colours and got to a local Vw show at Southsea soon after .Went to get it out in the week and the battery was dead :( After a good charge went to it today and it was dead again so popped in another battery and enjoyed a little drive this lovely sunny evening. Aiming to get to another couple of events before the Sorn'ing, at which point I will be deciding what more to do in the way of refurbishment :) Pic from this eve

My 8yr old son loves Lego and when we saw this kit was available we decided to get it, 1158 pieces !! Very well designed, it takes a bit of concentration even though it's meant for 14yrs upwards. Started building it today, glad I had my lads help! Lego has certainly moved on from my day :) progress so far will post up our progress if you are interested !

Would like to join you but too much of a trek for me :( -
I have quite fancied TVR's for a while now, particularly the Tuscan, though don't think I could stomach the running costs/ unreliability ! Jim mentioned the e92 M3 , 25k would get you a good one, however big bills are going to be a possibility with anything like this. But I suppose that's not the attitude to have or we would never change our cars!

The bottom edge of the seal does kind of 'hook' round the frame. It is easier to fit if the door card and top trim are removed first.
