Seems a shame to waste them

Seems like you've sorted your head out Pau  The MKIV whilst a realy nice modern sorted car was never going to give you the driving involvement you crave and in any event most journeys to work and back are far from fun and involving so economical is the way forward for the daily commute. And the green Lupo is a great colour for such a cheeky liitle car, look at Venoms 20vt. As for the Corrado with so much effort, time and money invested its great to see you recommit but I would warn against it being track/sprint orientated only, as it will get limited use and be too hard core.I would think a good looking genuinely fast road car with some track potential gives the best solotion.

Is it Sambos car?, I certainly remember when he first got it thinking it was a cracker. If its not his then disregard.

Sam, sell it to Dave for his MK1 Rocco

Has anyone got a definitive answer on dust shields, I put new powder coated ones on not long ago and don't want to loose them when I upgrade to 312mm. The Audi TT dust sheilds sounds like a plan but do they fit?, anyone found out?

Re Red Tints:
My lights were done professionally by a Porsche specialist bodyshop called MC Concepts, they were based around Stoke at the time IIRC, bu I undertand they moved to the warrington area. They made a first class job, but with care and many light coats you can get a great DIY finish using tinting spray and T cutting to a shine for a factory look finish.

No secrets here  I've been out of the country for a while with no internet access. I'm soorry I can't offer too much help as I sourced my dishes from Germany already polished as I needed a inch wider OE rim for the rear.

Its easier to leave them on for a sharp looking car, removing them can loose shape and definition leaving the car resembling a bowl of custard.
However if removed and the rest of the styling is well thought out to compliment it it can look clean focused and hard.
This one is superb

I'm liking the Yellow, and they don't come any better than this 8)

Cheers Lee, I take that as a compliment from someone with your standards. As my car is essentially complete and how I want it I can afford to take my time on the odd minor tweek and as you say new is the way to go whereever possible.

Been quietly getting on with a few touches.
The second set of BBS RS 301s are taking shape
Brand new callipers, carriers, pads and discs for 312mm front brake upgrade.
Nice snug fit behind the wheel.

Very nearly there now. Centres are Magic Black, slim billet centre caps and chrome badges.

daves16v Are you producing these washers and making them available for any of us to buy? If so any idea on price and availability, has anyone sourced the best bolt solution for this conversion?

RZ. MKIV RX2s are only 6.5 inch wide more bean counting.

Furkz if you really need a set of the RHs speak to your Uncle Gareth, I may be able to help out. I know of a set with Toyos fitted, diamond cut and lacqured.

Cheers for the comments guys i'm really pleased with them.
The dishes are indeeed replacement original BBS items sourced from Germany there are 2 standard sized dishes and 2 genuine half inch wider dishes for the rear resulting in a wheel 8x17 ET27.
The bolts are stripped and chromed, the centres stripped and refinished in VW Magic Black and there are new slim fit billet caps and badges.
I only got 3 rims with the wheels, one was too badly damaged the other 2 were stripped machined and polished and came up pretty good. Pic attached.
