ive been racing a grade C rado in the other league on Sundays and you'll be surprised how little you need to do to get it to 400. 500 isn't that big a jump and will make the laps go quicker and encourage errors, making the racing more interesting. I have however decided not to bother with the "standard upgrade" scenario, It didnt seem very popular. The PI cap will be set to 500pi and everything else will be set to simulation. Ive also posted the racing times in the first post including dates and laps. see you all Tuesday at 8:30! :wave:

Tires, suspension, ride height, gears etc. Of course, i have no way of ensuring ppl dont change the car after they have bought it from me... so im unsure whether its worth it, I thought it would make things more fair :shrug:

I think there might be a bug on that track for penalty detection - I have had one on the start of a new lap running down the start finish straight. We all need to be on time this weekend as Top Gear starts at 20:30, although at 1:35 per lap 10 laps is less than 15 minutes racing. we were all spot on 8pm last week, i dont think the time keeping is a problem now we know what time were supposed to be there!

i have a question.... would you like to race a standardized car? every one racing the same spec and engine ect....

Ive already considered that, it will be set to 5mins... especially for long track events

hey hey Was speaking to KRIS and monkeyVR6 last night and we have decided on a provisional day of Tuesday. So, unless there are any objections first race will be starting at 8.30pm this coming Tuesday 8th of Dec and then every Tuesday after that taking a short break for Xmas. ill edit the first post with the track and season dates as well as those confirmed to race. There is one place left and a few ppl seem to be interested but unless the place is filled permanently then there's not much point in adding you to the list for races. ppl can just turn up and see if they get lucky on the night. There has also been talk of "standardizing" the corrado to make every one race the same car. That way, its purely down to skill to determine how well you fair. OK? :grin:

im having this very problem.. its like the rubber compound is melting! ive tried to "fix" the rubber with some chemicals donated to me by my resident chemist bofin friend... ill let you know how i get on

thats alot of golfs... maybe they would need more model types. and i wouldnt call the passat "great"

My MFA tells me that im getting about 99MPG :lol: i just wish it was true :(

Good effort Yan, I've only just completed year 1!!!! Trouble is I am now spending all my time testing & painting my car ready for the CF races on Sunday! Need to get back to the career stuff! i know how you feel! Trying to scrape every single second out of my car is becoming an obsession! :lol:

That wouldnt be a problem over an hour on a short track... you would just pit and get it fixed... you have to pit at some point to refuel anyway. But saying that there doesnt seem to be as much interest in the ol'forza at the moment. maybe trying to get ppl t spend an hour of their life playing forza during the week is asking allot. im open to suggestions :shrug: ?

OK... im getting RELAY worried now. Got in the rado and started her up to keep her from seizing during the cold months. Had to push start her as i cant afford to get the starter motor fixed :( Anywho, was sitting in the car and i grabbed the steering wheel and a LOAD of black rubbery crap came off in my hands... its like the steering wheel is MELTING! :eek: I've taken it out of the car and have tried cleaning it off with some soapy water and drying it off but it doesn't seem to want to "dry". I dont remember spilling any solvent on the rubber but who knows what you get on your hands when your working on the car? Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?
