yeah, there's 3 short tracks in the list 2nd February --- Sedona Raceway, Club Circuit Reverse (15 laps) is the other one... but the vibe I was getting was that allot of ppl where not that keen on every race being REALY long... im game for a long race thou so i could add laps if ppl wont too. What ill do is keep the laps at the level they are and increase them on the night if there is a general consensus to do so. :) Anywho, in other news Hatcha has told me he wont be able to make he first 2 races and that e was willing to give up his spot if someone wonted to take his place... so if anyone facies joining in on the fun let me know.

Yep thats them, they have a very good reputation. Theres a few ppl on here who have used them i think and there haven't been any horror stories i know of. on the phone they told me that if they could they would rather use the manufactures templates that are printed to scale to cut round, i think this is because over time (esspecialy on older cars) the existing trim warps and tears and is also difficult to remove without damaging. Makes sense if you think about it. But as i said, they rely on the OEM templates only if they can get them. And they have a large stock of current model templates, just not rados. Yeah, i knew that stuff was expensive. I actually asked transcal if i could buy a hide off them and they told me about the same price. If you sell all the hide you could probably pay for the entire car to be fitted without spending a penny :grin:

infact what id do is get some ipon 38 and fire that up the fuel lines... that'll sort it! :grin:

no way of re-using the same fitter? especially if its new? :confused4: any crud would have had to pass through the filter first. or am i being silly... my knowlage of cars is based on the exact science of duct tape, heat shrink and IPon 38 after all! :lol:

last year i got bored and asked "transcal" to quote me a price for a complete new interior for my G60. I was quoted about £1200 to do the whole car!!! and that included a bespoke leather design to my own spec! I was having two tone leather with "G60" Inscribed on the seats and they were throwing that in and all. They are a very good company and do alot of leather trim for big car manufacturers. Dont know if they would use the leather you have but even if they didnt you could probably sell the hides you have to help fund the interior? The one thing they did say though is that because they dont have the template for a corrado they would either need to buy one from VAG (expensive i recon) or very carefully remove and copy the existing material. Either way they said that would cost extra... and they wouldn't give me a price for that until they knew i was making the order :shrug:

one step at a time... id check the filter first and if it looks ok then buy some fuel additive. And if that doesn't help check the fuel lines and if that doesn't help go to the garage and have the jets cleaned. slowly slowly catchy monkey

wow, your dads needs a slap! :lol: run some redline fuel cleaner through it, if that doesn't help you can always get the injectors cleaned at your local garage. Cost me £30 to get mine done on the G60 but then i only have 4 on my fuel rail you may also have a fuel line blocked, but the redline would solve all those kind of probs

funny that, so did i! what did you race? 1/10th off road wins! i get the shakes from the start as well, thats why everyone goes quiet lol No way!? At what level, Club, National? I may have even raced against you! I did 1/10th off-road for a long time, about 10-15 years, then I did touring cars for a bit, but since my little boy arrived I dont get the time. Will be great once he is old enough to come with me, and then to race! I used to race for Team Losi via their uk distributor (and they still let me order bits to this day!) :camp:

Looks like the steering wheels natural rubber coating is just reaching the end of its life... my chemistry buff friend say that there isnt anything to do when it has started to degrade. So, now it looks like i hav another thing to get it now. My list of things to fix is just getting longer and longer and longer....

I used to work in a bar... but not any more. And I always tried to keep it clean :wink: Ive got a mate who wouldnt minding joining us in a game either, im sure an informal affair can accommodate everyone every now and again. :grin:

I've enjoyed every week so far, it does go quiet, but like you say everyone's concentrating hard, well I am anyway, hehe! :D my heart goes a dime a dozen on the grid line! a little weird you may think but im easily pleased :lol: I think a little race bfore hand or afterwards i always a good thing. And with no top gear on next week we don't have to rush around

indeed!, you should try to get onto Xbox live about 5 mins before the race (so 8:25 this tuesday) and then i can invite you to a game. Ive got all the settings already set for the race so all we need do is join the session and drive :D
