    dont give up with the car. ive spent the best part of a year fighting electrical issues to get it running like it does now... everything actually work ... touch wood

    hmmm i have no idea then you should get a similar sound to mine. this was taken last week on the rollers... has a twin inlet airbox and golf 180 bend on it when it gets over the fan noise you appreciate how loud it is

    Have you taken the snorkel off the front of the air box this makes a big difference

    Had one last weekend. Was at a rolling road day... Not about the condition of the car but the setup. The guy running it commented how well it was set up. Others commented on the sound it made at full chat... It was really quiet when I rolled it in but all hell broke lose when he wound it up

    From memory you will have to change the top plates on the coil overs as vr top mounts are different to g60

    Been a long while since I've put anything here... Ran it on the rollers to find out where I'm at with it. 208 at the crank isn't too bad :) More could have been done but I didn't do the final run. Happy none the less

    Ran it on the rollers today... 208.3 bhp not too bad, i feel there is a little more to be had before cams and head work etc start coming into play

    I've done a couple of g60s recently I went for 68 ohms between the 2 outside pins although mine still over fuels slightly

    What sort of distance are you prepared to travel? I'm in Poole in Dorset. May be able to get access to a workshop in Salisbury if it's too far for you

    Im running mk4 golf arms and blades you havt to switch the blades over... passenger blade on drivers side and vise versa
