  1. Ill start off by leaving this here.
  2. Sounds like the coil breaking down. Had the same issue about a year ago.
  3. Good man. Keep me posted.
  4. Early 16v ones are the same as g60 ones. Got mine from euro car parts, came oem logos and part number stamped on them. Lasted about 20k so far
  5. Hi guys. I need the green spider shaped plastic part that fits on the back of the hearer controls. It's used to direct light from the bulb to the dials.
  6. Fitted inpro headlights and new centre console. Also fixed the heater controls as one if the dials didn't work correctly.
  7. There's about 10 or so locals I know of and see quite a bit.
  8. Yep parked next to my g60 and David's nugget
  9. Was that yours parked next to mine last week?
  10. Look forward to seeing this if your on the south coast.
  11. Drove it for the first time in a week. 210bhp snow plow :)
  12. I've got 2 air box lids. Take it you're going after a SWG style inlet system as you need the flanges too
  13. If memory serves me correctly the ecu only controls injector cycle time, not the fuel pump. I would check the fuel pump relay and fuse. Also check the ecu relay.
  14. Look at JMC's build thread. He is at just shy of 260bhp. That's with 1.9 bottom end, head work and a cam on top of the above work. I have heard of near 300 from g60s before now. 230 should be easily achievable without any bottom end work
  15. I'll take them. Pm me with payment details
  16. If you want to be hitting about 200bhp at the crank. Stage 4 charger(if not already done) 68mm pulley. Ford red top injectors. Remap to suit mods. SNS do very good chips at a reasonable price. To gain that little bit extra, go for a front mount inter cooler. You should see 200-210bhp from this. You will be looking at somewhere in the region of £1300 for everything(depending on the inter cooler and charger work) If you decide against the front mount and the charger work isn't required, expect to pay about £300 for a chip pulley and red tops.
  17. Chip an pulley. Nearly 40 bhp gain for under £200.
  18. Looks very tidy. The first thing I would do is get rid of the cone filter and go back to a standard air box.
  19. Ill get some pics as mine stands now. Should be able to draw it up for an engineer to make if needs be.
  20. I used an adjuster from a bicycle brake. The solder less nipple is there because the end broke off too. The adjuster is now bolted to the lever bracket using a little clamp I made.
  21. Any news can't find the thread now
  22. 290 from a g60... That's impressive!
  23. As it is a cool pack engine have you got the correct relay for the ecu. It's the 3rd one along the top row of relays on the fuse box. Should be numbered either 30 or 32 for a coil pack.
