thats what i have to do to mine,as i got a big power drain on my car at the moment,full battery only lasts 2 days then its flat :?

my dad bought one and it does really work,not used it myself as i dont wash the runaround im using

i changed my rear discs and used the old abs cage,but they worked loose so the abs doesnt work now,for the price of new ones you may as well change them

they do get tight or it could be seized,i ended up buy 2 new ones as mine were well and truely siezed solid

just hope that the 2 allen bolts arnt seized,if they are it turns into a right bitch of a job

its on 109k now,it was a bit rattly but not that bad,i took it off the road so i can do some work to it,ive neglected it a bit lately,im in no major rush to get it back on the road,the car actually had the head taken off at 89k to have the valve stem seals so they must of put the old tensioner back on :roll:

they are deep but not worn through,the top part by the rivets is missing or is it meant to be like that?

its using a lot of oil and plugs 1 and 6 get oiled up pretty badly sometimes

hello everybody,not been around much been real busy with work etc..and decided to take my car off the road to give it some much needed tlc,so im now driving around in a pug 405 diesel estate :lol: ,today i decided to check the timing chains and found this looks like ill be doing a full engine rebuild,but cant find anywhere that sells oversize pistons,will be taking it to a 3.0,not sure what else ill be doing,not in any rush to do it either..anyone got any good links to where i can get decent engine tuning parts from,pref in the uk

its turning over though..so that rules out the auto box inhibitor

check that the fuel pumps is working,check all fuses and relays check that there is a spark,could be your alarm/immobiliser causing it not to start

top mounts or the coil spring turning in its seat

you may well find fitting 16" wheels costs more than fitting 17" due mainly to the cost of the tyres,the reason being they sell a hell of a lot more 17's rather than 16's

havent you got the gear stick surround?

it looks very much like the hanbrake/gearstick console out or a corrado

remember to run the amp power cable well away from the rca cables

you could alway put the changer in the first id box cut out in the rear seat rest,at least then its concealed and keeps the glove box free
