  1. There truely are some dangerously over cautious knobs out there. If you're that under-confident don't fecking drive. :mad2: I had to travel one junction on the M2 this evening but there was a massive tailback to get on it from the A289 so i drove to the next junction and doubled back fearing the motorway itself was chocka but as i got to the junction i would have joined from it was clear :shrug: . I can only conclude over cautiousness on a wet, gritted, up-sloping on-ramp had slowed traffic to an unnecesary standstill and backed it up 3/4 mile along the A-road :bad-words:

  3. My winter tyres are at the tyre centre just need to get spare wheel set or car/current wheels there to get sorted. Hoping for an early stack tomorrow for weather, if that don't work i'm off Thursday 8)

  7. oil 5k, filter 5k (usually) or 10k depends how flush i am - cos those filters are so expensive!! I also bang in some Comma engine flush for about 100 miles or so to shift any crap. 1.8 valver 200387miles 8) 8) 8)

  14. i was getting an intermittent knocking under load and once the driver's inner cv was changed it never came back, boots had never been torn.
  15. You could try halfrauds or a good online store like http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/home.html I think my tab was too close for my pold HU so i cut it out, never had any probs.
  16. i meant if it had been rubbing on bodywork by the way. Could the suspension have collapsed/failed and caused the tyre to rub?? Hope not..

  18. grey carpet shows dirt more, black seats/plastics show dust more! I've got black seats/plastic (except dash) and grey carpet LOL
  19. if that's the case my money's on the driver's side because of the crap collecting around the filler pipe :(
  20. screws or bolts mate, metal clips on the bumper part to screw into, simple job 8)
