£110 isn't too bad for a sniper rifle when you think about it ;)

....and the last thing they saw was a little red dot, just before hearing that 'phht' noise. Money well spent in my mind. 8)

[a twist of truth thankfully as this happened to my mates Mk1 Golf Cabrio... not my C. not the way i imagined his relationship ending!]

You Know Your Rado's Really Feked When.........

You have taken the dash out, unplugged everything without labeling and put all the different screws in the same box and can't remember what goes where lol

or

You get over 50 mph and the car bounces up and down as if it had square wheels...

You have to give it some gentle throttle for 5minutes after startup to stop the fucking thing hunting / stalling.

when your engine cuts out, the battery suddently turns flat, engine doesn't start with jump wires, the rear wheels are locked up and you're only wearing a t-shirt when it's a f*cking blizzard outside.

that was a bad day.

...you try to replace one brake pipe and 10 hours of work later, that one pipe still needs replacing, but now, so do all of the other pipes, the pressure regulator and all 4 rear flexies...

if I ever find out which mechanic screwed these brake pipes up so badly, I'll show him exactly how to insert pipes and flanges...
