I can only echo the previous comments - you must have put a lot of effort into the car- not least on the day you took the photies!! The car must be fairly unique in the extent of factory options and I for one am glad that it is out there on the roads setting an example and flying the Corrado flag!! -
how easy are they to put in?

I've always bought Sony headunits but Im not sure why I do - the radio reception is either down to Sony or VW's in general cos Ive only ever had both and the reception has always been consistently poor

What's the biggest bunch of crap stealer has ever told you?

I was quoted £400+VAT EACH for a solitude BBS alloy wheel replacement. Just in case you missed it - ********************£400 +VAT*********************** EACH -
TSR did a great job on my magnex and around £350 inc VAT and fitting. Have had no problems with it and its subtle and understated - just like the spirit of the Corrado itself I suppose

Thanks Scott, it took seven replies but we got there in the end

If you get in touch with Gavin (H100VW) on this forum, he'll sort out your lights :)

If they stuck a V8 in it and four wheel drive, I'd pay them 30Gs

only way to diffuse light is to interrupt the medium in which the light is flowing and to cause a scatter effect. By increasing the opacity of the clear perspex around the LED you'll get a more diffuse lighting effect. This can be done by lightly sandpapering the material the light is passing through. You could try sandpapering the bulb itself ......but Ive never tried this so this may be risky...

is that from a dealer?

I presume those arent NY plates   Seriously I like the white but am probably abit too conservative when it comes to the high XR4 type spoiler. And I would have kept the bonnet, sorry HOOD, all white. But you should be pleased - it is a lovely looking Corrado.

I saw one of those flags tear off the car at 80mph on the M3 and smashing into a car behind - nearly caused the pileup from hell
-
but after months of being in the dark I finally found out what those blue lights on people's bonnets were.  Why would anyone want to illuminate their washer jets :?: :?: Am I missing something here?

I had a 1992 J polo 1.3CL (it was white and the estate shape) and it was as reliable as anything I've ever had. Mechanically very sound and easy to fiddle with. Brakes are pretty pathetic as standard but not too much to replace. Bodywork should still be in good condition with corrosion rare unless its been taken swimming in the sea regularly. Overall a superb little workhorse that lugged tonnes of my gear around (including all the way to the Pyrenees) when I was a studey.....Oh the good old days....sigh
-
Its a crying shame to see a vehicle in that state - weeping oil and all......still it could have been worse - it could have been a Corrado
-
I hate letting mine go in anywhere.....I feel I just can't TRUST them somehow.............
-
are the venom ones easier to install?

Henny, what do you mean exactly - and why did you have to have this done? -
Cheers Eug

They really do take the p1ss sometimes - and then they wonder why they are despised as much as estate agents
