Sorted cheers lads. I brought the laptop inside with the cable plugged in and it downloaded some drivers. All's working now! Will get some logging done with the 68 and 65mm pullies. [video=youtube;jHKJA9Ljp-A] EDIT: Oh I got a quick log at tickover too, just gave it a full throttle blip. And I then downloaded the latest logworks 3.3. The AFR's are looking quite good there (Very basic log I know) It does go slightly on the rich side with initial full throttle.

Last time I used the Innovate LC-1/Logworks software was on a different laptop which had a serial port, that laptop died basically. New laptop doesn't have a serial port (Do any these days? )so I bought a serial to usb adapter lead like this but whenever I fire up logworks, I just get a warning saying 'No serial Port found' Gonna have another mess with it tomorrow as I want to get some AFR logs with the current 68mm charger pully, and then get some more with the new 65mm pully. But anyone any idea in the mean time? Doing my head in!

Well...I can confirm I do need two G60 air box lids. Bloody sure I had a full spare air box but there's that much Vw stuff in my unit I'll be damned if I can find it! Keep coming across other interesting bits that I forgot I had lol. Still need a late drivers side door handle too, oh and a late front bumper in Gloss black.

It's probably the bartek pipes you have seen. You could make some up yourself from individual pipes or via an engineering firm, you'd just need the C.O pot housing which are available in either ally or stainless from various places.

Been stood out in the snow tonight with a mate, taking the charger blank off the charger to measure up for some new flanges to make a twin inlet jobbie.
-
Ya bugger! I saw a pair on ebay click, but when I went to hit 'Buy Now' they had gone! LOL, I keep getting the blame for the same thing off other people too!
-
Yep. The pressure sensor basically connects to the fuel rail. See pic below, and imagine the end of this hose looping down and running to your fuel rail.
-
Great read, nicely executed Corrado:thumbleft:

Strange that somebody fitted that hose and then blanked it off. It's the wrong one as it's too long for the fuel rail > fuel switch, that's what made me think it was the carbon can hose, which I still think it is (Looks like it's been chopped on the end so would be even longer) An absolute must to replace it as the guys say, they tend to split on the inside, while looking fine on the outside. These were the OE part numbers when I last bought them. Fuel hose: 037 133 999 (037133999). Around a tenner. Fuel hose clips: N024 122 2 (N0241222). About £1 each x2

Pagid Fast Road Front Pads for 16v / G60 / VR6
Riley replied to Supercharged's topic in Parts for Sale
Shame they no longer make these, had them on the G60 and really rated them. -
For sale: early headlight switch and indicator/wiper stalk.

Hi mate, I'll take the headlight switch please. Neil. -
Aye, that's the plan Owen:thumbleft: Let me know what you want for the air box lids, although I think I may actually have a spare at my unit (Just a case of finding time to get up there) so may need just the one. Think I'm sorted for the flanges btw cheers Owen.

Lads...Few small bits I'm in need of if anyone can help? Two G60 air box tops/lids. A good late style drivers door handle (Recently bought pass side for £24 inc) And I still need a late style LO41 Gloss black front bumper.
-
Still looking.:bonk:
-
Ah that's a shame mate, very rarely see a Corrado on the road around this way. Years ago I used to pop to a meet in Rochdale too! Can't remember the place, I just remember a sort of dead end car park with a couple of pubs at the entrance?
-
Yep, that's the carbon can hose from the throttle body. There shouldn't/can't be any fuel coming out of it, only way that could happen is if for some reason it's been fitted to the end of the fuel rail (As supercharged mentions) Follow it down to the lower right hand side of the throttle body and that's probably where it leads to, or should do. Neil.
-
Have ordered a 65mm pully for the crack :bonk: Should be ok with the red tops, 3.5bar FPR and SNS 5.5 chip, and It'll be interesting to see the resulting fueling via the wideband.
-
I'll take the seal thanks Pete. PM sent/replied to. Thanks, Neil. PS: Sorry guys, I'm like a rat up a drain pipe these days :bonk:
-
Pic/first dibs on the passenger door window seal please Pete. Neil.

How do Ian, interested in the below parts inc p+p... Can you manage a pic of the servo vac pipe just so I'm sure it has everything I need? I'm actually just after the rubber end that fits onto the inlet manifold as long as it has no splits? And would you be willing to sell the air box top (Cover) on it's own without the actual box (Lower part)? Cheers, Neil.

For the past 8/9 years used as a general daily taking the kids places, and also as a company car making 3-4 trips a day, 6 days a week to the P.O. Although I've taken it off the road a few times to do various jobs...So many damn water pumps and heater matrix's lol.
-
What's up with the Rado? I once tried a solid front mount but they aren't a good idea imo. The vibration is just passed through into the subframe etc. When I ran one, it actually caused the metal bracket where it attaches via the gearbox to snap! and in turn this caused my engine to drop and also snapped the pipes going through the bulk head to the heater matrix! Was a bloody nightmare! The stresses are not 'soaked up' like a typical rubber mount and are instead passed through into the surrounding metalwork. I appreciate people have them without issues but they will pass vibration/stresses to other parts.

That's about right for the bearing nut. They only need be a little more than hand tight. What I do is to nip them up loosely with a ratchet, literally just till they stop turning, then go 1/8th of a turn tighter and then actually undo half of that turn and fit the split pin around there. The idea is to nip them up to squeeze grease/seat the bearing and then undo a little to not have the bearing running tight. You should always check them after a week or so too if you have regreased/fitted new bearing etc.

Ooooh nice. Thirds about the filter lol. Is it a late one or an early one? Looks like a late one with an early grill? May I suggest > https://www.facebook.com/VwCorradoG60 / http://www.volksdevil.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1731 Just some info I thought I'd try and gather about early/late G60's
-
I have original press release photo's of that one:thumbleft: Who owns it now? I'd love to know because I've set up a facebook page for G60's to try and get a build date list together, and help see when the early to late change over happened etc.
