-
...erm, NEXT weekend Sam. 11th Oh, and looking forward to seeing this in the metal - looks sweet! 8) Bugger - Got weekends mixed up! Oh well maybe I'll get some pics up later then!!

Not until Ultimate Dubs this weekend!!!
-
Well the car is completed!!!!!!! All ready for Ultimate Dubs, other than a MAJOR interior cleaning session tomorrow to get all the dust out etc. Retrim the sub box as I've modified that. Learn't a new skill - fibreglassing - not as easy as it looks!!!
-
What I'm after is simple! Black Alcantara, don't need alot, probably 2or 3 meters! But am I getting this right - your looking for a donor car to do a free retrim onon, in order to have a car to show off to get more business?? Must be too good to be true - however if not talk to me!! I was going to be looking at a retrim in the very near future but the cost of my body mods and respray have cleaned me out at the mo!
-
Think the best and most subtle is Henny's where he has mounted LED's into the spoiler at just the perfect angle to make a VERY bright brake light
-
Yeah Get a multimeter and check for any voltage drops in teh power cables.
-
Just out of interest - I need some Alcantara! Don't suppose you could tell me how much you could supply the material to me per metre?
-
Hehe Well looks like it'll be ready just in the nick of time for Ultimate Dubs!! You know what I'm like for getting it to shows. I'm off work thursday to go and help getting it finished! Can't wait!!!

Modified front arches - what to do with splashguards?
Blue_Joe replied to diggerbucket's topic in Exterior
As far as I understand it, you can either remove them completely! Or create mounting brackets higher up in the arches to attach them to. But that means body mods! You cant leave them floating! -
Ahhhhh doing a search on the in pro website I presume you mean "Universal Power Window kit" TBH - The majority of Corrado's over here have electric windows as standard so no real use for them!
-
Window regulators?
-
Put Gaz Coilovers on! Althought they do cost a pretty packet!!! Otherwise get a lower cost set of Coilovers such as FK Silverline X's. Personally I don't think I'd ever have "normal" suspension on the C again!
-
Cheers Fella - Glad your happy!

Finally the new Dub Project.... Another set of wheels!

I'm sorry but I can see the resemblance to a micra aswell. Workmanship as always looks fantastic, but I'm not sure if I like it. Will have to see in the flesh to decide! -
BAD AND WRONG!!!!!!

A bit of sex wee just came out!!!!!! More details???? Oh and have you seen the Quattroporte in action on 24?? Man that goes for a saloon!!!!!
-
Yeah it's very nice. But don't you think it's a lazy design.?????????????? Compare the two of them side by side. They are almost exactly the same!!!!!!!!!!
-
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Gutted for you fella!!
-
r r r r r r r r r reeeeeeepost!!!!
-
Mine did exactly the same - Look at all of the pulleys and make sure they all line up properly - None of mine lined up and had to make quite a few "adjustments"!!!!
-
Why can't you fit 5x120 with adapters??? VR6 Hubs wont fit them either as are 5x100!!!
-
Sooooooo Chuffed - Was grinning from ear to ear!!!

I dont think posting up his address and phone number straight away was teh best thing to do although I have total sympathy with your plight! Perhaps discussing that with a moderator would be your first call!
-
Well they are now 5 days into the mopping!!!! And so far he has just about done the lover half of the car, however he still has the final mopping to do on it with the "finesse" coat! Yet already teh shine on the car is unbelievable!! I left with the biggest grin on my face!!!!!! He still has teh roof to do. And also paint the bumpers, bonnet and mirrors, spolier etc but has been unable to as the high winds at the beggining of last week blew the spray booth chimneys off then the snow at the end fo the week got in and fried the control circuits. So are waiting an engineer to come out hopefully tomorrow to fix it so they can crack on with the last bits. Then he just has to mop them and reassemble the car!!! Anyway took a few pics on my phone camera so quality not great but good enough for you to get the picture!!!! The finish on it already even when not finished is awesome!!!
