well get yourself down to ultimate dubs then James. it wont cost you much in you no what, to get to milton keynes :)
-
told you before shaun, if you sell your vortech set up. it will only cost you an extra £400 approx to go rotrex??? so stop thinking your gonna ever get your hands on mine
-
they may be a fairly common car on our roads at the moment, but i love them :) so how long till its lowered with some nicer alloys then Bill???
-
nice bit of kit there Shaun 8)
-
well i bought this car today 8) and i bloody love it, so it wont be long till this is sporting a rotrex on it :) i will then start a new thread on it. karl
-
my brother was gutted when you bought this, he's loss your gain  but those wheels are a superb choice, they really really suit a corrado.
-
with a mere 136 posts yourself mate, your hardly a regular either. :nono:
-
this may be usefull for anyone thinking of going rotrex, r-tech are selling a vr6 air intake set up from the rotrex charger outlet to the vr6 TB, this will save you having to get loads of silicone pipework/take off's. and not a bad price at £150 plus p&p karl
-
sorry for my first stupid comment :) but i have fitted rover recaros into my corrado. all i did was get some mk2 subframes and welded them into a framework to fit the recaros onto, they dont have the height adjustment, but go back and forward perfectly.
-
corrado seats fit very well
-
who??? r-tech sell the brackets etc etc to attach them to a g60 http://r-techs.dk/en/brackets-60/vw-62/ ... i-415.html and here is the charger i would say you would need http://r-techs.dk/en/supercharger-27/c1 ... 60-56.html use a 75mm pulley, and you should see about 12psi of boost, use a 65mm pulley and that should see ya getting approx 18psi.
-
what colour is that?? i'm colour blind but it looks pink to me???
-
the xspppppower came off really easily (i gave it someone else to do  ) as for the ceramic coating, a mate of mine got it done for me the same time has was having a load done for he's mk2 1.8t coversion, i will find out for you how much/where he got it done though. and i'm also going for all black pipes/silicone.
-
some nice work (again) james, like you i did not like the "chavvy" xspower on the chargecooler, so i wet 'n' dryed the markings off, then i have had it ceramic coated so it will match all the other pipework.
-
i used clear bathroon silicone sealant on one of my rubbing strips about a year ago, it will never come off.
-
which model is it?? 16v, g60 or vr6??
-
the doubled sided is not to short Si, i was running with one of those for about 8 months. when you first put the double sided one on, you dont have to use the additional belt tensioner (the pulley on the left of the picture next to the alternator pulley). but when you are getting close to the limit of belt adjustment using the bolt at the back of the charger, then undo that bolt completly, and then use the additional belt tensioner. you can leave the additional belt tensioner on the car while your not using it.
