sorry trig, but how can sitting on a train for just over an hour (with free cup of tea) be as bad as smashing up your car due to a suicidal dear?? yeh you wasted an hour, but how much is it gonna cost rob to get hes car back looking/running properly???

yeh very true mike, i only ran it that low for one day, then raised it 40mm the roads round here arent the best, but where in england are the roads any good???

i have had my fk ak's on for 3 months now, and for the money, £250 i can really recommend them, wound them down to 85mm last week to see what they were like that low, and they were still comfy, got no complaints at all with fk's budget coilover kit 8)

have to agree with andy a 16vg60 is an aweaome sound, especially at full revs, better than a charged vr, -
many thanks to dinkus for supplying me with the correct bolts for my TT brake conversion. :D and daves 16v for the spacers that are well made

a word of advice mate, dont rush drilling the holes in the wing mate. i have offered my services. if you mess it up you could end up with some thing like this,, :evil: :evil:

i really need to get this problem sorted, i have read all 20 pages on this topic, and there is talk about fitting a smaller master cylinder from a polo?? would this help my pedal feel?? and which polo model master cylinder would i need?? cheers guys/gals :?

yeh i took your advice on the colour kev, see what you meant about the subtle look, yeh the blead nipple are at the top, and yeh the calliper retaining clip is there just done that black also, do i have to blead the rears also??

did mine yesterday :D the only thing is that the brake pedal is really soft, and i have to really push the pedal to the floor before i get some real bite, the discs/pads are all used but loads of life left, have bled the brakes 3 times but no difference :? what am i doing wrong, :?

yeh buy these for the £60, and spend some time mirror polishing them. they look cool polished. 8)

well got these babies fitted today :) very impressed with the TT brakes, a must for any vr driver. 8) -
looks the same as mine that i changed last year, cant see why your having this problem, try taking it to the stealers, and see if they will have a look at it, heres a pic of mine so you can see the difference in my 2, but the new one went straight in, :?
