well after driving around wales in the girlfriends 1.2 seat ibiza :oops: i could not wait to go out for a blast in mine, i really missed my car, and it has only been 5 days, left her emptying out her car, while i went for a 45 minute blast down the A38/M42, happily whistling away. :D

my mate was told by the council after 3-4 days, to go and get the rims/tyres replaced, so he went to bm bought the replacements, went to the local council office, gave them the receipt from bm. and about a week later there was a cheque in the post. just tell them you need the car for work etc etc. and are they gonna pay for taxis, and what the hell do we pay road tax for?? take some detailed pics of the pothole also, pref with a ruler showing the depth of the hole. but hurry, you dont want them repairing the hole,

keep on to them mate, give before/after pics, and keep pestering them. a mate of mine had the same type of thing on he's bm. he had 2 new alloys/tyres replaced in about 10 days, and he kept the buckled alloys, got them sorted for about £90. so had 2 spare wheels.

i was temted by these a while back, if you want some mtc R32 i have a mate who will be selling a set very soon, £250 with 215/45/17 avon/dunlops, so you will need tyres, but the 4 tyres on them are nearly new, so flog them on afterwards. :wink:

the spoiler could be loads of things ranging from £1 - £95, so use the search for some ideas mate, i did loads to get mine working, but in the end bought a 2nd hand motor, and has worked fine, sunroof, yet again search, loads of answers on here, golf vr6 was 174 bhp, except the highline edition which would get 190ish bhp, same engine just better ecu etc

yeh, everything mate, the discs were as new, even if they are the crap standard audi ones, and the pads were brand new,you could just phone up any audi/vw breakers, they are very cheap for the performance upgrade, 8)

keep your eye on edition38 and the vr6 owners club, also TT's get broken on ebay very often, plus the TT forum, thye are fairly easy to get hold of, i got mine for £185 off ed38, :)

yeh the t piece did come with it kev, but one of the female connectors was split?? i think that is the right term?? will try that kev till saturday, as i have a long long drive tomorrow. :wink:
