DO NOT be impatient with the water melting, make sure its 100% defrosted before starting the car up, then flush the system and put some anti freeze in before you take it out for a drive.

steve supercharged on here has/had some brand new EBC reds for sale mate,

dont forget if you fit a stainless 6 branch, you wont need it if you go turbo, they do make a good mod for a supercharger though.

do your maths again, pipe £60, cams £200, bmc £180, THATS £440 plus gaskets say another £60 theres £500 and thats with a cheap set of cams, otherwise you can take that total from £500 to £650 easily, and to get the full benefit from the cams you will need a re-map, theres another £300 needed, so for £800 or £950 (with full priced cams) you will have about 225bhp, so an extra 30bhp costs you £800/£950. for £1500 (seen soom go for about that amount) you will have approx 300bhp, so thats an extra 100/110bhp, dont get me wrong a NA vr6 is lovely to drive, but a charged one is even better.

100% a 330i, and i'm going for another tourer as we have bought a dog recently so need the extra space. but i honestly like the e46 as an estate.

no mate, i've had enough messing with old cars for a while, so i'm breaking mine down. But still have my MK1 scirrocco in the background waiting for my car tinkering mojo to come back :( best thing to do with the radiator is get to the place you finally decide on using, and get them to do all the measuring, that way if it dont fit its there problem and not yours.

and before the week is out it will have nice new alloys, have some good suspension on it, be cleaned to within an inch of its life, you wont be driving the BMW anymore, and the missus will not drive the corrado because she can tell that you love it more than her. so dont even go looking at one mate, just buy something boring/safe for her.

correct, and lets face it unless you pay the extra for an agreed value you get nothing near the value of the car back anyway.

Mmmm ITB's, i was toying with those as wanted to go proper old school with the corrado. as for a radiator, try these people they are very helpfull http://search.orange.co.uk/redirect?ug= ... adiator%2F and not that expensive, also contact the guy with the r32 jetta with ITB's as he used someone else but there name eludes me at the moment. good luck with it all as its gonna be great to listen to 8)

there not needed, but do work well with a FI vr6.

when mine was supercharged, it was a vortech V1 stage 2, no headspacer needed just 440 injector and a re-map (which was crap) but it was pushing out 296bhp and 265lb, with no form of cooling
