Had a few hours to myself today,so give the Corrado the a run out Covered about 40 miles on A roads Motorway, runs sweet pulls like a train, couple of young lads in a BMW looked quite shocked as l past them at very quick speed Reading 44 MPG on A roads at 30 MPH.31 MPG on the motorway at 70 MPH No vibrations from the front wheels, drives in a straight line no pulling to n/s or o/s The Corrado runs as good as it looks

I have had mine for 10 mouths body and chassis are in excellent condition no rust at tall mechanical the engine is excellent, but l have had to carry out a lot of wiring repairs (it has taken some time to follow the common issues, very poor wiring repairs) I have replaced all suspension, brake calipers, hoses, plus a lot more, and the cost is just over £1;000. I got the Corrado for £2,100. I think that is one cheep car car the condition is 95% (l am very fussy borderline anal). So when l see a Corrado no MOT rust in places l think what is wrong with my Corrado

Have a 90mm splitter on my Corrado which is cracked on the o/s Got a 40mm splitter from a new Nissan micra which is 40mm and is soft rubber it looks adout the right size to fit a round the bumper (only done a rough fit) So which is best a cracked 90 mm or soft rubber 40 mm

Same in the motor trade, I can still replace a engine in one day but it’s getting harder, and gear box’s are getting more heavy by the week

I have needed all my skills to get my Corrado runing better as had to do lots of wiring repairs as previous owners (or garages)have carried out very poor repairs Over the winter have completely replace the brakes, suspension, removed and clean, painted the inlet manifold, rocker cover, sump, and bits and bobs
