i wasnt saying your wrong in being p*****d off if someone had done this to my c for sure they would hear it but i dont think this is the place to sort it especially if the person is on holiday this is why i like to do all the work on my car where possible then you know its been done right at least you now have found the problem funky

not wishing to take anybodies side but i do think its unfair to criticise somebodies work when they are not here to defend themselves. no matter what the problem. i was talking to someone else on this forum that has had some work done by this person and was really happy with it even recomending him over some big name vw tuners i think this and previos problems should be sorted between you and him without the need of it being posted here just my opinion funky

ive seen a 1992 g60 in black 70k miles for 2 grand in this weeks trade it been in for a few weeks. in wedmore. breaks my heart to see them this cheep i tried for £3.5k for mine higher milage i know and never had any interest and rather than drop the price decided not to sell it funky

ive recently had my charger rebuilt by darren stage 4 an fitted an rsr outlet and the car is now flying but doing the mfa boost im still only getting 1500 which is about 6 to 7 psi. now on the sns site it says i should be about 14.5 psi should i be worried by this ? tia funky

ive spoken to vince at stealth and we can have a rolling road day £20 per car 2 runs and they normally do 15 to 20 cars only on sundays have to give at least a months notice,i think steath are widely acclaimed and very central so hows up for it ? funky

firstly mate the door handle conversion is going to be expensive when i fitted a80 handles to mine it took a full weekend to get one door right could be done quicker but as mine is also black its gotta be perfect,ideally the plates need to be put in with a proper spot welder a mig welder warps the door skin as far as paint quality sikkens is by far the best but most others ici,du pont, glasurit are good aswell hth funky

mine from time to time makes a high pitch whinning noise usually in a garage forecourt when there are loads of people about im assured its the starter not engaging and just need cleaning,could be the same prob ? funky

i would take it back to see the garage but if its a g60 then the plugs are not always included in a service so no come back if they hadnt fitted them as far as the head is concerned they will drill out the hole fit a helicoil and refit the sparkplug quite a simple process hth funky

this came as a pm from rory Was wondering if you could help with a quick urgent problem as your online please? Just had a service 350 miles ago at a Colebrook & Burgess a few weeks back and while driving around today a spark plug has jumped out of its hole taking all the threads with it . As hard as i try the plug wont bite into the hole again without blowing straight out. Will they fix it for me at no charge as i think the may have over/under tightened it? Or what? Will they retap the head and put in a bigger plug? Or will they want to replace the whole head? Please help Rory
