1. you need to remove the 10mm bolt that connects the arm through the cowling! The bolt is in quite an obvious place under the adjuster lever. :)
2. . Which side do you need the tilt handle for?
3. Door seals no longer required by me mate, so they are all yours. :)
4. Hi. Yes the front brakes, carriers and discs will be available within the next few days. They are still on the car so I will have to check the condition and let you know in the next couple of days. Cheers.
5. Where are you located? Im in the middle of stripping the car down right now, ive just finished getting all of the interior out(and I mean everything) but I have left all of the electric in place so than the engine can still be heard running. Im pretty sure im going to end up selling the charger seperatly, due to me being a good distance for most people to travel and collect the complete engine. And then I would strip down the engine and sell whatever bits are easily posted. But if you have a way of getting the engine posted etc, then let me know. As soon as I get back in from stripping the car down I will update the thread with more details. Cheers. Rob.
6. Right, I will have to update tomorrow as my laptop keeps crashing just as I'm about to click the edit button!! But if anyone wants any parts in particular in the mean time then please ask and I will do my best to add individual pictures. :)
7. I'll take the front grill badge, pm me PayPal details. Cheers. :)
8. Hi Andy. The sunroof switch is the early type, and the headlights appear to be in very good condition. I will remove them from the car now and take a couple of pictures for your. Give me 30 mins. :) ---------- Post added at 6:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 5:24 PM ---------- The headlights have all tabs intact and are in very good condition including the reflectors and fully working, i have added photos of both front and rear(bulbs included). The sunroof switch is also in very good condition and fully tested: Make me an offer without being silly, they are in better condition then the ones on my VR6!! : Sunroof switch: Drivers side: Passenger side:
9. Im breaking my G60 in the next week so im starting a breaking thread to show you whats on offer. I will be updating the thread this evening with prices and more detailed pictures of the parts available. So here is a few picture for you to view, and if you see any parts that you want then please ask through this thread and not PM please. All prices will include postage. The car has a fairly good service history and the engine sounds very smooth with no smoke from the exhaust. Wheels are BBS RZ with good tyres- they have no buckles, scuffs or damage, but have been painted black at some point and would benefit from a lift refurb as the paint is flaking. Supercharger is in very good condition and I will be happy to open it up and take pictures if anyone is serious about buying it. The exhaust is a full stainless cat back system, with a reciept for £400 and is very clean. The interior is tidy with no rips to the seats but the drivers seat bolster is slightly sagging, and the carpet has no obvious marks/damage. All electrics work, switches, dials, lights, windows, spoiler and wingmirrors etc. The sunroof only tilts though! So I will update the thread this evening with prices, but in the mean time here are some pictures and if there are any parts you are interested in then please ask through the thread.
10. I bought a G60 last night to add to my collection, haha, and noticed it had a corrado-forum.net sticker on the rear windows. Reg is: J931 OPV I'd be interested to see if the previous owner is still on here. The car has lived in Cardiff and Manchester before moving to Pembrokeshire. Cheers. Rob.
11. Ive got a late spec VR and my MFA shows 99.9 mpg all the time. Anyone got any ideas why this might be? Everything else works fine.
12. Right I'm struggling to find the gear knob badge at the moment but it is in my house somewhere, so give me another half hour. But this is the recliner knob, the screws are included also: ---------- Post added at 5:50 PM ---------- Previous post was at 5:01 PM ---------- Arghhh, I can't find the gear knob anywhere at the moment. I will keep looking but if I can't find it tonight then I won't get a chance to look again until next weekend! Do you want me to post you the recliner knob seperatly for the moment, and you can perhaps look elsewhere regarding the gear knob, and in the meantime I can hopefully find the one I have? :
13. Where are you spraying the WD40? Have you tried giving the door a shove whilst pulling the handle out with the door pin up as far as it can go? Also if you last resort is removing the door card then let me know closer to the time and I will guide you through it, it's quite hard to explain over a message, so I can explain it better with abit more time. Worst case, buy another door card off eBay and cut the old one out?
14. I have both bits you need, the badge for the gear stick and the knob for the recliner. I will dig them out and add a photo in a minute mate if that's any good to you. :)
15. It can be done, and ive done it twice. Both times succesfully. If you unscrew all the fixings that you can get too like the screws behind the pull handle, behind speaker grill, door pin, door handle surround etc ,then you pull the door card upwards quite hard, but only enough to get it off the lower plastic hook type things that it sits on at the bottom of the door. Then the fiddly bit, the door card should be fairly loose now and if you can imagine having something like a metal ruler with a bent end to it at 90 degrees, you need to use something like this to shimmy it down behind the doorcard to where the side fixings are,the goal is to get it partly behind the plastic fixing that the screw is attatched to and try to pop the fixing out, as It will pop out with abit of gentle force. The one on the side closest to the dashboard needs patience as its very hard to get at! Both times ive done it an its probably taken me no more than 10 minutes, and not damaged the doorcard either. The plastic fixings can also be reused if you are careful and will just pust back into place. Also its much easier if you remove the seat first! Hope this makes sence, I only wrote it down quickly as im in a rush, lol. :)
16. I will pm you shortly with details on how to remove the door card without mashing it up! :)
17. It is possible to remove the door card with the door closed, but it's quite hard without damaging it! Basically your lock mechanism is jammed, probably from lack of lubricating, oiling etc. in my opinion. Have you tried pulling the door pin up whilst trying to pull the interior door handle? The clicking you can hear is the central locking module, it's located behind the drivers side rear door card. The window regulator is also probably jammed from lack of use, or a broken cable maybe? Also does the key turn the passenger side lock?

Running lumpy

Possibly lambda/oxygen sensor wiring, or the sensor itself? If not then possibly temperature sensor (or associated wiring) near the dizzy cap? That would be my guess. :)
19. And send me payment details also please mate. :)
20. Im looking for one of these. Would you be happy to post? What price roughly are you thinking?
21. I picked one up from my local breakers yard on Friday along with a few other bits for £4, so £1 each item: I have one of the metal ones also that I bought a few weeks ago, but when I saw the original plastic one at the breakers yard I thought I cant refuse it for £1!! :)
22. Hi Goldie, how you doing mate? I used an electric sander and worked through a few different grades of paper to cut through most of it, I then used a Dremel multitool to get to the hard to reach places. Once it was completely sanded back I used wet and dry paper to get rid of any light scratches, and then finally used some metal cleaner to polish it up. I did alot of it by hand, and it would probably come up better again if I used an electric buffer on it! The pictures are quite dark and it actually looks better in the flesh. Im really happy with it, and when I get my engine out in the next few weeks I will also be polishing a few other bits before it gets put back in. Thanks again mate. :)
23. I got the manifold off Goldie, so I'm not sure yet how hard it is to get it off the car! But I will let you know in a few days once I've replaced mine with this one. :)
24. Just what ive been looking for, I'll take it! hahaha! Is he for real, who's going to buy that?!?!?
