all depends on how much money u have too spend? air filter and exhaust is always a good start to get a few extra horses & wont cost mega money.

on several occasion...usually in the lorry i have just bumped the kurb and go round them! and they've still been sitting there when ive got round the r/b and left it.

Love it! :D i think the probem lies with the 60 & over's wearing there flat cap and glasses driving there rovers and vauxhalls (hmmmm slight stereotyping i think!) who never look anywhere other than straight forward totally oblivious to the trail of destruction they are leaving in there wake.

I have exactly the same problem and i know of a few other people who also have the same problem. Id be interested to know the outcome of this as ive not had a chance to do anything about it yet.

Was looking in a mates copy of this months fast car and there's an article on midas styling and they had a little bit and a few pics of a blue & silver (i think) g60 with a 20v T lump in it. anybody on here?? oh and the fuel cap is where the rear vw badge should be.

did my short shift this afternoon, alot easier than i thought it would be, apart from dremel-ing the bit of metal out, must buy that right angle adaptor would have made things so much easier! :lol: also went to do the headlight mod..but most of the screw are rusted and its gonna take alot of persuasion to remove them, so thats on hold for the moment.

theres place down my way called ecr i think? they deal in scrap metal if you take your log book down with you they write the car off there and then for ya and give you a letter to send to the dvla. But that doesnt really help cos your in the village and im with the normal people on the otherside of london

Thanks, but what i mean is id want to see one for myself in person not just a pic. The picture doesnt really show how the qr works it just shows the steering wheel 0n & off.

here have them anyway you've got blue temp sender and the yellow 4pin sensor which is now black with a blue band round it. Also need to new springy things to hold them in: sensor: 025906041A x1 sender: 701919369D x1 springy things: 032121142 x2

Transfer pipe? i got one of the metal ones from one of the USofA guys very well made and will last a lifetime. i can dig out the blue temp sensor and yellow sensor numbers if ya want them ive just replaced those as well.

Dont know if you've sorted part numbers yet but here you go this lot should do ya: thermostat: 075121113D this lot is all for the thermo housing + amounts you'll need housing: 021121117A x1 adapter: 021121133D x1 adapter: 021121121A x1 o-ring: N90316802 x3 o-ring: N10139201 x1 washer: 021121119A x1 seal: N90136802 x1 you'll probably need new bolts as well soooo bolt: N0147035 screw: N10092201 Hope this helps.
