  1. Ok but before I do .... what lesson have we all learned from this?
  2. I aim to please :salute: Do you want your proper name back? You'll have to remind me what it was, it's changed that much
  3. It's not difficult. You just keep removing things from the front end until the bumper isn't on the car any longer. Ok that's not exactly a "guide".
  4. So someone else is unsucessfully attempting to sell something far in excess of its market value ... ? You're entitled to ask what you like for it. Some unsuspecting fool might come along and pay over the odds for it. It won't happen on here though. Give Ebay a whirl. Or E38. If you do though, be warned you'll have to take a picture of it with a piece of paper next to the item that shows your username. And there has to be a Nun in the background playing the cello whilst smearing marmite on an old wood lathe, listening to Sail Away by Enya.
  5. I think it's possible but it's not that difficult/time consuming just to remove the bumper and slam panel. Gives you a LOT more room to work and you can change things like thermostat and housing, temp senders etc while you're at it.
  6. You can probably pick up a second hand Vortech kit (stage II) for around £1,500 if you're lucky. Should include, amongst other things, larger injectors but there's not much you need to do other than fit it, which will probably take a couple of days if it's your first time. If you find something 2nd hand, check it includes everything. If it does, it's not too complicated. Even better if you can get the sump already punched/tapped. That's based on my knowledge of the Vortech kit, there could be better options these days.
  7. I'd say your diagnosis is correct. All I can say is enjoy!!
  8. They should include a medal table that is based on population size. I'm having a lazy Sunday but I'm not sure I'm at that level of boredom just yet! ---------- Post added at 2:59 PM ---------- Previous post was at 2:55 PM ---------- Lol - we both had the same thought :)

  17. We should get Kev in the same pic kneeling down by the other pig
  18. I couldn't resist any longer ;)
  19. Damnit, I was sure I had it right that time :( Hang on, I think I've got it .... He lied about the presence of bacon. I think that says it all! I don't even think Kev needs to doctor those!!!  They are amazing.
  20. Ok I apologise, let me have another crack at it ...
  21. That. Is. Amazing. Sitting at work grinning like an idiot.
