Just having to keep looking forward and not back at what ive done. Got no major mods or alike but mine was untouched untill i got it - now seem to spend all my time replacing exsisting parts - bearing here, headlamp there > scary how quick it all mounts up. Major downside bein a bit of a perfectionist! :crazyeyes: is that a scratch on that switch!

Mines a '90 16v and ive got a lip on all of my shelves - never seen a C without them to be honest

Im in the same boat - quality looks good but its not fitted yet - have seen the real deal and there were no major differences.

As many others, i have no speakers in my doors > generally is the wiring routed but not in use? if not can you feed off the tweeters down to the door?

So the speaker in the dash is a tweeter not a small mid?

Does that mean its as simple to go from 4 to 5? bearing in mind the avaliability of the vr6 parts?

Any ideas... On the lower section of the inlet manfold on the 16v, there are 4 ceramic looking cylinders where the injectors sit down into. Are these replaceable & if so how2? and any ideas on a part no. :?: Cheers

Prob gona go the hole hog and get it all done. paint colour is quite dark so i dont think it would make a hole load of difference. I think the same seller does both :thumbleft:

Ive just got 1 in the post - quality of looks superb, havent fitted it yet so cant confirm how well its formed but, first impressions are very good. Shipped from germany - came in about 4 days. Look for seller "goingfast_info"

I just got one off fleabay for £50, had to be sent from germany - nice product but didnt come with the surrounds like that one. Nice idea tho > was unsure about how to securly fit it.

Yeah will do... dont no what its like else where but whenever i go to VW and mention a C they are all so incredibly helpfull - NOT > its like the majic word that leads to a response of "dont know" :onfire: -

is it quite a common thing to get done? mine dont match but i thought you would have to buy a new lock set :( Nobody knows anywhere down southwest way that would do it? -
Mines the same and seen a few with the same issue > perhaps they borrowed some spanish steel, other than that mines clean.

I passed at 17 and bought my 16v at 18 - ended up having to store it until i was 21 to get the insurance to £1100! when a C has been your dream car for years, these are the sorts of measures you have to take. All C's except the Vr6 are group 16, Vr6 is 17.
